Les +: bien situé, personnel agréable et serviable et excellent petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Les -: réservation chaotique qui apparaît puis disparaît de Booking (avec carte de crédit exigée et non de débit) chambre twin dans l'aile vieillissante de l'hôtel glaciale à notre arrivée, chauffage AC difficile à mettre en route et très bruyant ( le nôtre et pire encore dans la chambre voisine) lits très étroits.

Hospedagem satisfatória em ótima localização.
Pros:

A localização é o ponto alto. Na melhor rua de Colônia. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Todos os restaurantes são próximos. O restaurante em frente ao hotel é maravilhoso e tem preço justo. As instalações do hotel são simples mas honestas. Tudo limpo, ar condicionado e chuveiros excelentes. Café da manhã muito bom e farto.

La ubicación. El personal. El desayuno muy decente para lo que es el resto.

Las instalaciones. Todo viejo, en regular a mal estado de mantenimiento. Estuve en 3 estrellas mil veces superiores.

No cuenta con Frigobar en cada admiración.
No tiene piscina climatizada.

maravilhoso!
Pros:

O quarto estava limpo, as roupas de cama eram boas e confortáveis, o banheiro era ótimo. O café da manhã era simples, mas delicioso, os ovos eram muito bons. Funcionários simpáticos e ambiente aconchegante, perto de tudo. Me hospedaria novamente neste hotel.

Nao voltaria a me hospedar, muitos inconvenientes para uma mesma estadia.

Boa localização, quarto com pequena varanda com vista para a rua, cama ok, quarto aquecido.

Cons:

A limpeza estava a desejar, tivemos a infeliz surpresa de encontrar no banheiro uma calcinha usada de outro hóspede que havia esquecido, mesmo após a "limpeza" do quarto. Falamos na recepção, mas ninguém pode nos ajudar, nos ofertaram apenas uma sacola para pegar. No dia seguinte tambem o hotel ficou sem água devido a um cano rompido. Nao fomos avisados e novamente uma infeliz surpresa. Recebemos deles apenas um sinto muito. Tudo isso aconteceu e nao passamos nem 24 horas no hotel.
