We will definitely stay again and recommend the place to family and friends.
Pros:

The location is perfect for us. The room given to
us is spacious and has a very good view to watch the hot air balloons. There are several open spaces if you feel you want to get fresh air. Our room is adjacent to the field with mushroom structures. Location is walking distance to the main town. Their staff are helpful especially Samet.

Cons:

There is no variety of breakfast choices. Staying for 4 nights and having the same breakfast for 4 mornings is boring. The mugs for coffee are too small. This are little things but important for us.

Good place to stay in Capadoccia.
Pros:

Lovely building with variety of spaces to sit, on different levels. Good views of the balloons flying nearby.
Fridge in our room was welcome, and made no noise.
Away from the bus, traffic and tourist noise of the main road.
Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

A quick steep walk up from the main street might be a little difficult for the unfit.

The air-conditioner units outside and across the courtyard from our room disturbed our sleep a little, switching on and off intermittently in the nights.

Our stay was awesome!! Great view, good location, exotic room with a bathtub, good breakfast, and above all, the very kind host, Kadir-san! He was so kind and nice. Without him, I couldn't manage literally anything. He kindly helped me book all the activities we had in Cappadocia so promptly!! I was with my mother and she even mentioned his name several times after we left Cappadocia during our two weeks trip. I'm so happy that she loved our stay and we are both very grateful to his kindness. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Happy, dass wir uns für das Harman Cave Hotel entschieden haben! :)
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren geräumig groß und haben sehr viel Platz und Komfort geboten. Die Zimmer waren in einem Cave-Design, was das "Kappadokien" Erlebnis noch mal verbessert hat. Das Frühstück war super lecker bei großer Auswahl. Der Service war ebenfalls einwandfrei, insbesondere an der Rezeption wurde uns bei jedem Anliegen super geholfen. Die Lage des Hotels ist insbesondere für die View auf die Heißluftballoons perfekt, die Dachterrasse ist wirklich der Hammer!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel und können es jedem empfehlen.

Mooi kleinschalig hotel met prachtig uitzicht.
Pros:

Hele goede locatie met een mooi dakterras met uitzicht op de luchtballonnen. Vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamers. Waterflesjes, dagelijks schone handdoeken. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Ik had mijn ballonvaart om laten boeken via het hotel met de garantie dat ik op tijd bij zonsopkomst in de lucht zou zijn. Het scheelde 60 euro per persoon. Helaas vertrok de ballonvaart na zonsopgang. De samenwerking met THK balloons verliep dus niet zoals gepland.

The room is nice and warm, and the bed is soft.

Cons:

The host really didn’t tidy up the terrace properly. It was sunny on the day we arrived, no rain at all, and the hotels nearby all had nice terraces with cozy blankets.
What’s more, the location is very remote, situated uphill on a hillside, making coming and going quite inconvenient. Not recommended if you have elderly travelers.

One staff member was really friendly and welcoming, but another just stood by and didn’t offer any help even when we were dragging our luggage at the entrance.

The cave-style room was stuffy and tiny, while the non-cave rooms are much more spacious.

Pros:

The hotel is amazing, has a such great view and the comfort is pretty good. All the services I've gotten like the transfer and tour were organized by them and it made my trip so much more light and easygoing, I hadn't any stress to locomote myself or to find some cool activity to do. I would like to thank from the top of my heart everyone who provided me this amazing experience but specially the employer Samet, whom I kept in touch everytime I needed something, he was really helpful at giving me the informations and all what I needed, and as I left to the airport earlier then breakfast, he had the carefull to give us (me and my husband) some sandwiches to eat in our way, very nice from him. Thank you and I'm already missing this place 💜

Unique and satisfied stay
Pros:

Staff: They reliably helped us find a hot air balloon ride and everything seemed fair. The price seemed to align with what we found online, and the ride felt safe. It was a great experience!

Room: The building appears to really have been carved out from a rock, and we had the Deluxe Cave Room on the ground level. This already makes the room a unique experience, while it is comfortable, warm, and not at all damp.

Location: Very convenient, just a few minutes away from the center, even by foot.

Breakfast: Same buffet-style breakfast everyday, a variety of foods to select from.

Cons:

Not a big issue, the water in the shower takes a while to heat up, and the shower head is a bit high. I am a small person though :p
