Pros:

Very beautiful hotel in the Austrian mountains, set on a meadow below the Kaunertal Glacier. The cuisine is excellent, with delicious breakfast and dinner. I truly enjoyed the view from my room and the infinity pool. I also appreciated that I received a higher‑category room than the one I booked, as it was available.

Krásná lokalita, parádní venkovní bazén, dobré snídaně, rozsáhlý wellness, velkokapacitní lyžárna, dostatek místa na parkování auta.

Cons:

Přestože jsme si k večeři objednali 2 sklenky digestivu, naúčtovali nám celou lahev. Došlo k reklamaci, která byl vyřízena k naší spokojenosti. Chybka se může vloudit, ale omluva by se taky hodila...museli jsme si o ni říct....
Večeře by mohly být pestřejší a více lokálního jídla.

Отель великолепный .
Начиная с парковки . Места хватает всем и его достаточно много. Потом фае ресторан очень уютный и удобный с большой террасой. Великолепная спа зона с бассейном и сауной спа зона небесного неба создают романтическую атмосферу ну и конечно на улице великолепный вид на горы очень атмосферано. Завтрак тоже хороший!!!
Есть желание приехать ещё!!!

В номере кран душа устарел морально!!! Он работает хорошо но ему 30 лет. Наверное!!!))

Obwohl ich bereits über Booking.com bezahlt habe, wurde ich beim Check out aufgefordert mein Zimmer zu bezahlen. Es dauerte bis die Dame merkte, dass bereits alles bezahlt wurde. Hier fehlte mir lediglich eine kurze Entschuldigung.
