I am so glad I chose GLAD Hotel. I will come back.
Pros:

Great, helpful and very pleasant staff, who vo out of their way to welcome foreigners who do not speak Korean

Cons:

The fitness room was quite limited. Although, Korean eat very healthy and walk a lot, they are healthier than Westerners. Fitness rooms may be optionnal for them.

Great service & room
Pros:

Amazing service from the moment I walked in. I felt taken care of by Shane at the front desk, who was extremely professional and caring. He helped me get settled in and made the whole process so smooth. The room is very nice and spacious, location is perfect, staff are great. I would definitely recommend staying here!
