Loved Our Stay
Pros:

Fantastically well equipped and the staff are amazing; super friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was done every morning with a large selection available with fresh eggs made to order. Spa facilities are excellent, make use of the Hammam if you can! Good quality WiFi is available throughout the hotel which is well suited for viewing sunrise/sunset from either the nearby viewing point, or from one of the hotel's rooftop terraces. Our room was spotless and very well sized for a "standard" cave room. Very pleased with our stay.

Cons:

The Imperial Cave Suites is spread across several separate buildings, meaning you may have to walk or climb up/down several flights of stairs to access your room/facilities.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, tenés acceso al mirador de Goreme para unas vistas espectaculares al atardecer y, sobre todo, para ver el amanecer y los vuelos en globo. El SPA está bastante bien.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser mejor, no es tan completo como hubiera esperado. No me gustó que no tenga un restaurant para poder cenar.

Me encantó
Pros:

Nos dejaron entrar antes de lo previsto y nos dieron una mejor habitación.Nos ofrecieron café o té nada más llegar , fueron muy hospitalarios . Siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades . El spa es super bueno y el tratamiento Vip es el mejor. Los desayunos son enormes y tiene mucha variedad .
