Pros:

The property and the people are both lovely. The room are beautiful, Cappadocia is stunning and serene and the vibe is just fabulous. Shout out to Jamal on the reception - such a pleasant and helpful chap. Will visit again for sure and recommend the place a 100% !

Pros:

Le suite ampie, belle, pulite, con soluzioni particolari nell'arredo e nell'organizzazione degli spazi. Bella la struttura. Accogliente e gentile il personale. La colazione varia e ricca. Molto buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Fabulous hotel. Facilities great. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again 💜
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Lovely spa. Breakfast was amazing everyday. Room was spacious-had everything we needed & more. Double jacuzzi, remote control toilet. Was upgraded to this room (free) as it was our honeymoon 💜staff were lovely & helpful. Very near town centre.

Cons:

Needs an outdoor pool. Even if only small. Sun terrace is lovely but could do with some sunbeds. Lights could be bit brighter upstairs. No private area outside rooms. Only Small table & chair that looked out straight where everyone walks.

Bellissimo hotel dentro le cave con una fantastica spa. Super colazione servita, camera grandissima con vasca idromassaggio. Bellissimo posto!

Cons:

La colazione inizia alle 8.30 ma è un po tardi se si vogliono fare delle escursioni. Andrebbe anticipata alle 7.30.

I had a very good experience staying at Imperial Cave Hotel. The staff were exceptionally good, professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay.

I would especially like to mention Sala at the reception. She was extremely forthcoming, kind, and supportive. At one point, I came to the reception with my family facing a serious issue with a broken rental car. Sala helped us for several hours, including translating for us and assisting us in trying to resolve the situation.

Her attitude was very professional, positive, and genuinely customer-focused. She remained helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and her support made a difficult situation much easier for us.

I truly appreciate her kindness and the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Highly recommended.

Séjour exceptionnel.
Pros:

L’hôtel était magnifique, une ambiance très romantique et apaisante, le personnel était aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est extra, l’emplacement de l’établissement est top. La vue est superbe rien à dire on n’y retourne avec plaisir. De plus nous avons pu profiter d’un accès au spa illimité, le spa est super bien décoré, très calme et paisible et le personnel bienveillant.

Pros:

Nous avions réservé une suite simple lors de notre réservation et nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'être surclassés en suite impériale à notre arrivée ! Tout a été parfait, le petit déjeuner est délicieux, très copieux et varié. Le personnel était à disposition pour toutes nos demandes. Un parking gratuit permet de stationner facilement notre voiture. L'un des points de vue d'observation des montgolfières se situe juste au dessus de l'hôtel, et elles sont également visibles depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel selon les jours. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Pros:

Superbe hôtel, superbe chambre, superbe spa. Roof top pour le petit déjeuner, j’y retournai volontiers! Merci à toute l’équipe.

Cons:

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits, les petits déjeuners auraient pu être un tout petit peu plus variés, mais ils étaient très bien quand même.
