Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich in allen Bereichen. Liegen am Strand und beim Pool Bereich dürfen nicht reserviert werden, das ist ein großer Plus Punkt! Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts großartig negatives zu erwähnen, lediglich die Handtücher auf unserem Zimmer wurden teilweise 3 mal täglich gewechselt, was eher nicht der Norm entspricht. Die Zeiten für den Strand Handtuch Tausch könnten auch verlängert werden.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel direkt am Sandstrand mit sehr guten Essen sowie Personal.
Pros:

Die Qualität von den Speisen zu Abende und bei Frühstück waren sehr gut. Auch die Auswahl sowie abwechslungsreiches
Buffet Frühstück/Abend. Alles Top!

Cons:

Schöne Designe Zimmer, jedoch keine Hacken um etwas aufzuhängen. Das schmale Bett ist für 2 Personen etwas klein.
Wer Animation haben will, der bekommt dies hier. Wir wollen es eher Ruhiger.

Localização fenomenal em frente a uma praia de grande dimensão (kournas beach). Muito relaxante.
Toda a decoração do Hotel é muito bonita e muitas zonas verdes.
Bom buffet de jantar. Comida bem confeccionada.
Não se paga as camas e chapeu de sol na praia.
Recepção com canapés e champanhe.

Cons:

Para um Hotel de 5 estrelas não se justifica que não haja no pequeno almoço sumos naturais à descrição, bem como máquina de café. Todas as bebidas no pequeno almoço têm de ser pedidas aos empregados.
As toalhas de banho não têm qualidade para um hotel de 5 estrelas. Lençol de banho muito pequeno e turco muito gasto.
Não tem directamente a ver com o Hotel, mas é inacreditável que não haja passadeira para peões ou passagem aerea pedonal numa estrada que atravessa todos os hoteis com imenso tráfego de carros, camiões. autocarros e que as pessoas têm de atravessar com criancas, malas etc. É surreal que as autoridades gregas sujeitem os turistas a um perigo destes .

Un tres bel hotel a taille humaine, un personnel très chaleureux et professionnel, un excellent service. De très beaux buffets et de la nourriture variée. L’hôtel est bien placé pour visiter la Canée et Rethymnon si vous avez une voiture.

Cons:

La wifi n’est pas très performante dans la chambre, mais ce n’est vraiment pas grave en vacance.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit freundlichem Personal. Zimmer komfortabel und gutem Essen. Wir hatten AI, das mit zwei Kindern vorteilhaft ist.

Cons:

Getränke zu den Mahlzeiten müssen immer vom Personal bestellt werden und das dauert. Zum Beispiel einen 2. Kaffe zum Frühstück.

An enjoyable and relaxing short break.
Pros:

Relaxing environment. The hotel was clean and tidy with spacious rooms with some nice extras like hotel water bottles for use throughout your holiday and sparkling wine on arrival in your room. Grounds were well kept. Food was good and varied. I liked that your pool towels were in your room in a bag ready to use. They were easily changeable at the end of the day.
Also, very little bagging of sun-beds! Hotel visibly discouraged this and it was generally respected.
Towels in the room were changed every evening so you had fresh for the morning.
Being able to book transfers via the hotel was excellent.

Cons:

I didn’t like that not everything on the menu was all inclusive ie iced coffee, some cocktails and branded ice creams were chargeable as extras
I think, we may have been the only English family in the hotel during our stay, not a problem for us but maybe for others!
All inclusive option ends at 11.00am on the day you leave to have access to this costs an extra €10 per person if you are in a late flight home.

Pros:

Une petite pépite découverte au mois d’août. Un personnel adorable, souriant, aux petits soins . Une proximité de la mer avec transats toujours disponibles . Une restauration raffinée, variée, des mets succulents et toujours un personnel attentionné !
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !!!!

Séjour formidable !
Pros:

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cet établissement. Séjour magnifique ! Les bungalows sont spacieux et propres. Les jardins verdoyants. Les petits déjeuners et dîners sont exceptionnels ! Les plats sont beaux, goûteux et savoureux
! Nous nous sommes régalés !!
Mention toute particulière au personnel pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme !!! Un vrai plaisir. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir accéder à la piscine. Les matelas gonflables en plastique devraient être interdits. Les serviettes posées le matin sur les matelas sans leurs propriétaires nous ont empêché de trouver des transats.
Il est impératif de changer les serviettes de plage qui sont parfois déchirées et toutes usées jusqu’à la corde. Pas à l image d’un 5*.

Urozmaicone jedzenie, bardzo pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Pokoje z widokiem na morze fatalne - wychodzą prosto na scenę, gdzie co wieczór jest przedstawienie i muzyka. Bez szans na spokój wieczorem. Bywa ciasno, basen jest zdecydowanie za mały - dosłownie 20-30 leżaków.

Bel hôtel bien végétalisé avec une belle plage de sable fin
Très belle chambre avec petite piscine sans vis à vis
La nourriture est très correcte, les buffets sont copieux et variés sur un séjour de 5 jours.

Cons:

La nourriture au restaurant de plage est très moyenne. Cela manque de choix et de qualité.
Si vous n’avez pas de piscine privée, c’est le manque de civisme qui l’emporte pour poser sa serviette à la piscine avant le petit déjeuner !!!
