Fiquei muito satisfeita com a minha estadia e voltarei outras vezes
Pros:

Hotel excelente, os funcionários muito educados, prestativos e pacientes. Ótima localização, agarrado no shopping. Piscina grande e confortável, sauna.

Sinceramente achei péssimo esse hotel, em tudo!!!
Café da manhã, a limpeza, as instalações, tentei contato na recepção ninguém atendeu, tentei contato na cozinha, ninguém atendeu, fui até a recepção e me disseram que o telefone estava com problema, não estava chamando, fala sério!!! E o pior caro. Arrependimento total!!!
