Pros:

Check in was easy, the breakfast was okay. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Door would not fully close on its own. Had to hold down the handle on the toilet to get stuff to go down. There was no bathmat in the bathroom, shower very slippery. Front daytime staff seemed very upset being at work.

Pros:

It had a large, clean suite & a full hot breakfast.

Cons:

It had a very slimy hot tub & had a buildup of biofilm (bacteria) or severely imbalanced water chemistry (low sanitizer or high pH). The pool as well. They need to be cleaned & fixed. I slipped into the hot tub because of the slim on the stairs. It was a good thing that I was holding onto the grab bar; I pulled my shoulder.

Loved our stay but could definitely have had a better breakfast.

Loved the location and always love the holiday inn.

Cons:

Didn’t LOVE the breakfast. Not sure what has been changed but I used to love everything, now, I can barely find items I like.

We needed a place to stay midway on our trip, and this one was a great value for a great price.
Pros:

Room was clean, Bathroom was clean, Check in and Check out was easy.

Cons:

Wish I could have turned on a light to get ready without completely illuminating the sleeping area. Also wish that breakfast had plain eggs and bacon (a simple hot option that would be gluten and dairy free). Minor complaints really, the Hotel was great.

Except for the microwave issue, we had a restful and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and the room is clean and spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was great and enough to start the day of more time on the road.

Cons:

The door was squeaky and it was a late check in so no more maintenance staff on duty to fix. We were on a road trip so we stayed at different hotels each night but I believe this room is the one with the microwave on very high shelf as you enter the door. Good thing I have a portable step stool that I used to climb up so I can use the microwave. This could be dangerous. If this is not the right hotel, I apologize.
