I always try to leave positive reviews, even when there are some small issues with a hotel. Unfortunately, this time I can’t do that.
The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff’s attitude was very disappointing.
On our first day, when we arrived at reception, we were greeted by a receptionist named Kenan (or Kan, I don’t remember the exact name). He was extremely rude and told us in a very unfriendly manner to wait and that he would call us when he decided to. We waited for quite a while, and eventually I approached the luggage porter and showed him our room number. To my surprise, he told me that nobody had informed him, and he immediately took us to our room.
Another unpleasant experience was with the hotel’s laundry service. We left a few clothes to be cleaned and placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door because we have a small child who sleeps in the afternoon. Despite the sign, we heard people talking outside our room, and then the room phone rang. The receptionist rudely told me to go to the door because my laundry was ready. I thought they had simply left it outside, but when I opened the door, there were staff members who didn’t speak English and wanted to come into our room because they had mixed up our laundry. I had sent one shirt, one pair of trousers, and two tops, but they only brought back the shirt and a pair of shorts that weren’t even ours. They were trying to figure out whose clothes they were. During all of this, my child woke up and started crying.
I understand that some staff members may not speak English, but the reception staff should understand what “Do Not Disturb” means. It should apply not only to knocking on the door but also to unnecessary phone calls, especially when guests have clearly requested not to be disturbed.
Apart from these incidents, the hotel was nice. However, the poor attitude of the reception staff and some other employees really affected our experience.

Az animáció elég gyenge. Hiányzik a vendégek esetleges esti programba való bevonása. Zene, tanc.
Jó lenne, ha lenne egy külön pult az étteremben azoknak a vendégeknek, akik glutén, tej vagy egyéb érzékenységgel rendelkeznek.
We enjoyed the view from our room, a direct sea view room, even though from our balcony it was a wall in front of us, so we had to stand up to actually see the sea 🙄. (3rd floor)
The food was very tasty, and even the fried chicken from the pool restaurant was very good.
Every day at the pool restaurant we could find amazing pastries.
There is a pool on the roof of the pool bar, which looks very nice.
We met a very nice lady at the kids club, who was very friendly and made my youngest daughter enjoy her time spent at the kids club.
Cleaning of the room was good, there are very nice and polite employees for cleaning.
I was so amazed by the friendliness of an employee who noticed that we love an apple tea made by Dogus, and every day he/she was proving us that specific tea into the room. It really changed our energy in good. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏
Since we arrived at the hotel, one of the luggage employees took us to the waiting hall of the reception, not even allowing us to approach the reception desk. We didn't knew how things work in this hotel, so we patiently waited there. He came to ask for our passports(first time a luggage employee handled my passports to the reception), and made us fill a document for checking in.
We waited 2 hours and nothing happened. Meanwhile I could see new coming tourists coming in the hotel, going to reception and receiving their room keys.
It is April, there were very few tourists in the hotel, and I am sure they had enough available rooms for everyone.
After two hours, I go to reception, and very unpolitely, the employee there tells me "I saw you, you are waiting there with your family, go there because now I have to give two rooms to other tourist, and then I will give you your's "
I told him I am already waiting for two hours, and no one even told us that we could at least enter the resort, enjoy our vacation and return later for the room keys. Very unpolite employees at the reception with very few exceptions(only one young guy who was nice to help us connect to wifi with one of our devices).
Guest relationship is a complete disaster. They do not speak English and when one of them tried to translate what I was asking with AI help, she started making some weird grimace like I was asking something so weird... my question was if there is any heated pool outside.
Same day, also at guest relationship, we asked for a baby stroller for my daughter. After 5 minutes of explaining what that is, because of lack of English knowledge, again a rude and unpolite reaction :" our tourists bring their own baby strollers, they do not ask us for it". I want to mention that it is the first hotel in Turkiye where we couldn't have a baby stroller from the hotel. Then I understood that it is not necessary in this hotel, because it is quite small.
Amazing appreciation for our anniversary. They accommodated our needs instantly. Staff were helpful. The lobby is huge and well maintained. Internal swimming pool and gem were clean and inviting. Swimming guard was such a helpful fellow.
Small garage for private cars. Food can be better compared to other similar or less value hotels.

Hotel jest bardzo zadbany, czysty i komfortowy. Jedzenie smaczne, a obsługa (szczególnie Sulejman z bagażowych) uprzejma i pomocna. To właśnie on zabiega o dobre wrażenie przy wejściu do hotelu. Bardzo miła obsługa kelnerska i szef, który dbał o to aby każdy miał zamówione napoje. Miła urodzinowa niespodzianka w pokoju, za co bardzo dziękuję. Hotel polecam i dziękuję za udany pobyt
Sam hotel bardzo polecam, natomiast kwestia rezerwacji i wydania właściwego pokoju pozostawiła duży niedosyt.
Niestety mam zastrzeżenia dotyczące recepcji oraz przydziału pokoju.
Miałam zarezerwowany pokój z widokiem na morze, jednak pierwszy przydzielony pokój zupełnie nie odpowiadał rezerwacji – był to pokój rodzinny, dwupoziomowy, oddzielne dwa pokoje, z widokiem na sąsiednie poddasze budynku. Po zgłoszeniu problemu dopiero kolejnego dnia otrzymałam inny pokój, lecz również z bocznym, a nie pełnym widokiem na morze, mimo dokonanej dopłaty przy rezerwacji i wyborze pokoju. Obsługa, Pani w recepcji była przy tym dość oschła.
Sam hotel bardzo polecam, natomiast kwestia rezerwacji i wydania właściwego pokoju pozostawiła duży niedosyt.
