Guests booking Non-Refundable Rates should inform Montargil Monte Novo of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.
Please note that it is allowed a maximum of 2 pets up to 15 kg, per reservation, per villa.
Pets are only allowed in the Villas, not in the rooms.
Payments in cash:
• According to the Portuguese law, cash transactions are limited to a maximum of €3000 or its equivalent in foreign currency. When payment is done by individuals not residents in Portugal and not acting as entrepreneurs or merchants, the limit is €10 000.
• For IRC taxpayers, as well as IRS taxpayers who have or must have organized accounting, payments of an amount equal to or greater than €1000, or its equivalent in foreign currency, must be made through a means of payment that allow the identification of the respective recipient.
• Cash payment of taxes exceeding €500 is not allowed.
During the check-in, the Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to request a security deposit to guarantee the payment of any damage and/or loss of any equipment part of the villa inventory.
The villa inventory, with the cost of each equipment, will be provided to the guest.
At the time of the check-in, a security deposit will be requested. This security deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.
The amounts vary according to the type of accommodations:
2 (two) bedroom villa: 300,00€ (three hundred euros);
3 (three) bedroom villa: 400,00€ (four hundred euros):
The amount of the deposit will be returned at the time of the check-out, after verifying that there are no damages.
Please note that pets are only allowed in the following units: VillasPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Bom quarto, muito espaçoso. O pequeno-almoço era bastante variado.
O espaço exterior é muito calmo.
O restaurante do hotel não tem nada de especial para justificar o preço.
A beautiful lake facing and peaceful property. We have stayed with family in a villa that was very good. The staff when above and beyond to be helpful and the restaurant was great - we highly recommend it. We will come back!
Para quem procura sossego e silêncio, acredito que seja o local ideal.
O restaurante do alojamento tem refeições muito boas.
Gostámos do facto de terem máquina de café delta no quarto.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, principalmente a Ana que nos serviu no Restaurante e ao pequeno almoço.

Estacionamento seguro dentro do alojamento.
Achámos o preço um bocadinho elevado para a estadia que tivemos, bem como no que toca ao restaurante e snack bar do alojamento.
Sendo um local com alguns pontos turísticos interessantes e relacionados também com a natureza, é pena não existir uma parceria onde estes pontos se pudessem divulgar mutuamente e proporcionar algumas experiências aos hóspedes durante a estadia, dando a conhecer a zona de Montargil e arredores.
Espaço exterior com muito potencial, sem ser a piscina, mas pouco explorado...
Dentro do quarto chegámos a apanhar algumas aranhas, inclusive na cama.

O pequeno almoço muito bom .
Jantamos no restaurante do hotel e foi tudo extremamente bom .
O quarto tinha um cheiro a roupa húmida ,
No qual estava intrínseco na roupa de cama ! Principalmente nas fronhas onde se sentia este cheiro com alguma intensidade.
O quanto é super giro , mas falta luz na casa de banho . Na zona do lavatório é muito pouca luz exatamente o mesmo problema na zona do duche e na zona da sanita .

Excelente estadia. Vista deslumbrante. Quarto muito agradável, cama grande e confortável. Disponibilidade de água e possibilidade de fazer chá ou café no quarto. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Jantámos tranquilos com musica ambiente. A refeição estava muito boa. Zona da piscina muito agradável. Recomendo

Localização, estilo das casas, serviço de receção e limpeza, pequeno-almoço e direção do empreendimento incansável.

המיקום המושלם של המלון, הנוף הקסום, האווירה הנעימה והצוות המקסים. הופתענו מאוד מהיופי של המקום, התמונות לא באמת מעבירות את התחושה כמו שצריך. לקחנו רק לילה אחד ובדיעבד התחרטנו שלא נשארנו יותר, נחזור לפה בוודאות. אנחנו היינו בחדר הכי פשוט כי זה מה שהיה פנוי אבל גילינו שיש המון חדרים מדהימים עם בריכה פרטית. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת.
אהבנו באמת הכל, הדבר היחיד שבאמת אולי כדאי לשים לב אליו זה לשים פותחן יין לזוגות בחדר ולשים גם בחדרים את קוד הסריקה של הוייפי ולא רק בקבלה. חוץ מזה מושלם תודה על הכל!
