Tek iyi , personel ve personelin yaptığı temizlik 👏
Cons:

Ücretli otoparka yönlendirme yapılıyor, internet sadece odada , odada yer değiştirince bile zar zor çalışıyor, işlem dahi yapmıyor. Tesisin önündeki plajın başka bir işletmeye ait olduğu söylenerek günlük yüklü ücret alınıyor.

Всичко, относно подръжката е под всякаква критика, лекьосан мокет навсякъде из общите части в хотела, разкачени и неработещи контакти, несветещи, ръждясали лунички, тясна душ кабина, счупен превключвател за душ слушалка, както и държача й, разпадаща се дръжка още на входната врата, откачена гофрираща връзка на абсорбатора, неработещи керамични котлони, стари изпочупени сушилници за дрехи, вентилатор целия в прах, нечистен с години, сешоара в банята същата работа....Четири поредни вечери се оплаквах на рецепция, стигнах и до управителя накрая. Храната се разнася свободно, безразборно по двата етажа, където е мястото за хранене. Хигиената не е на нужното ниво, покривки не се сменят, масите лепнат, а чужденците си правят каквото поискат. То И персонала е масово украински, простоооо пълен абсурд за 4звезден хотел. В собствената ни страна да не те разбират какво говориш, не е нормално за мен. Добре е, да знаете, че целия хотел е с бойлери.

Horror. Nu recomand nici dușmanilor!

Nimic nu mi a plăcut. Banii cei mai prost cheltuiți vreodată! Nu recomand niciodată,nici dușmanilor. Loc bun pentru dezvoltarea depresiei. Nu suntem pretențioși,dar niste condiții ordinare de la cap la coada..

Cons:

Horror. NU RECOMAND! O minciună tot. De la a la z. Fabulos de mirezabil tot..servirea,mâncarea, băutură,camera,baia..tot..
Dacă mă apuc sa înșir nenorocirile de acolo..iar fac depresie...

The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious options for everyone. The hotel’s location was excellent, and the entire service team was absolutely wonderful from Borislava and Ivo at the front desk to the fantastic bar team.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel owner, who was actively involved, helping guests whenever needed and personally making sure everyone was enjoying their stay.
We traveled with our children, my parents, and my brother and his family, and everyone had an amazing experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only area that could be improved was a slight smell of moisture on the lower level. Our original room was also not the type we had booked, but after speaking with the front desk team, they quickly moved us to a better room. From that point on, everything was great, and we truly appreciated how professionally and promptly the issue was handled.

It’s a 2 stars motel, not a 4 stars Hotel.
Pros:

The Hotel is on the beach.

Cons:

This is not a 4 stars hotel, it’s maximum 2. We got some type of apartment, the floor was dirty, the seeage smell was everyehre. All over the place there was a heavy smell of old and dirty. The food was the same everyday, the plates were cake plates, not food plates, too small. Overall, I paid 2,5k € for 4 stars and ended up living in 1,5 star hotel. It was the worst hotel I ever been in the last 10 years. Oh, and in front of one of the doors there was a stain, you decide what caused it…
The hotel’s staff is ok, they are nice.
Please, don’t get fouled like I was by the reviews, I can’t understand how do they have that score, but it’s a fake one.

Jobb nem lehetne az elhelyezkedése, pár lépésre a part és minden bolt,amire szükség van. Mindig jó buli hangulat volt, 3

Perfect location. Food was enough good. But very complicated restaurant, some food served out some of them served on terrace.

Cons:

Sofa was broken, there was some boxes in the room which belong someone else.No voice isolation at all.You can easily chat with next and previous room. Also hotel corridors like a maze. Exhausted rooms and corridors.

Pros:

Hotelul este amplasat pe plajă, piscina are câteva șezlonguri, nu prea folositoare din cauza soarelui, mâncarea bună, restaurantul deschis de dimineață până seara, barul de asemeni, băuturi alcoolice și non alcoolice, dar nu calitative.
Șezlongurile de la plajă sunt contracost 16 euro (2 șezlonguri și o umbrelă), iar parcarea cu plată, la circa 700 m (10 euro/zi).
În cameră se făcea zilnic curățenie, iar lenjeria schimbată la câteva zile.
Raport calitate - preț, relativ ok.

Cons:

În sala de mese este loc de mai bine, în sensul că nu se putea face curat pe mese din cauza fluxului mare de turiști. Fețele de masă se murdăreau repede și nu puteau fi rearanjate sau schimbate, întrucât masa se ocupa imediat.

Nem ajánlom ha 4 csillagos hotelt akarsz
Pros:

Jó az elhelyezkedése a szállodából közvetlenül a partra érsz. Mindig lehet helyet találni nem zsúfolt.

Cons:

A földszinti szobák rémesek , a fürdőben nincs tusoló elválasztva és kifolyik a víz az ajtó alatt a szobába, a szoba kicsi és zsúfolt . Parkolás is nehézkes ha nem vagy ott időbe és 60€ kerül.

Az étel folyamatosan ugyanaz mindennap egy két változással, az üdítők és a kávé is nagyon gyenge. Az étterem rész kicsi, megy a lökdösődés. A személyzet próbál mindig eleget tenni de kisebb nagyobb sikerrel, a snackbarba nem viselnek kesztyűt úgy csinálják a palacsintát és a srác dobálja rá a tányérra nagyon unottnak tűnik..
Gyerekeknek szinte semmi program.

Egyszóval nem sok köze van a 4 csillaghoz. Az egyik leggyengébb kaja szerintem amit all inclusiveba láttam..rengeteg dolog van amin javítani kellene a jövőben.
