房內空調葉片肉眼可見陳年灰塵，隔天早上退房前確認房內是否還有遺留物，發現床和窗戶邊縫有前一組住戶留下的保險套包裝，也還好只有包裝，沒有使用過的內容物，但感受極差，以後不會再入住。
