Fomos recebidos calorosamente pelos rececionistas do hotel, o nosso quarto era bastante espaçoso e limpo. O pequeno-almoço era ótimo, com bastante variedade e os funcionários do restaurante foram muito prestáveis durante a nossa estadia. Certamente iremos voltar!

Tolles Hotel in einer wunderschönen Gegend mit genialer Aussicht!

Die Aussicht ist der absolute Wahnsinn!
Auch sonst alles top! 👍🏻

Cons:

Nichts zu bemängeln.
Es gibt jedoch einige Defekte (kaputte Türgriffe oder Klospülungen) die durch leider sehr unverschämte Urlauber verursacht wurden. Oder geklaute Handtücher oder ähnliches.
Das Hotel kommt nicht mit dem Ersetzen oder Reparieren hinterher. Ich schäme mich fremd!!!

O quarto espetacular, cama confortável.
Os funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

Já não é a primeira vez que venho a este hotel. O pequeno almoço cada vez pior. O horário é até às dez da manhã e as 9h já não havia quase nada. Muito a desejar.
Já foi muito melhor.

Um hotel para dormir
Pros:

O hotel é sossegado e cumpre os requisitos de limpeza. Está rodeado de belas montanhas. Os quartos são espaçosos, apesar de a decoração não ser, no geral, muito moderna.

Cons:

A sensação que se tem ao entrar no hotel é que apenas serve como dormitório. Falta-lhe algum conforto que nos faça sentir em casa.
Em termos de decoração, é tudo muito básico. Alguns detalhes que, claramente, não se enquadram num hotel 4 estrelas: o recipiente dos papéis da casa de banho partido, sem tampa; a existência de um único produto de higiene para o cabelo e corpo; a inexistência de identificação da comida dentro dos tabuleiros fechados (o que obrigava a todas as pessoas terem de abrir para ver); alguma falta de acolhimento do staff (muito eficazes, mas extremamente formais, sem grandes atenções).
