I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff treated guests with exceptional kindness and were always helpful, making me feel truly welcomed. A special mention goes to Heba from housekeeping, whose attentiveness and care stood out and made my stay even more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding hospitality — I look forward to returning!

Cons:

I have to stay its hardly to say what I dont like.. but lunches and dinner are pricey however I understand as the whole country became extremely expensive and its hard on everyone

الى الاستاذ اشرف ابراهيم مدير فندق برادايس إن بيتش ريزورت تحيه طيبه وبعد
هذا ماحصل معي عند المغادره عند وصولي إلى الاستقبال قالت لي الموظفه فيه رساله باعثينها لك قلت مافيه اي شي على الايميل قالت الحجز بأسمك قلت نعم قالت في بوكنج وطلب الموبايل انا افتكر انا فيه مشكله بالحجز أو دفع مبالغ ماكانت مدفوعه ثم فتحت صفحه التقييم للغرفتين في صفحه بوكنج وقالت لي قيمني وقيم الفندق 10 قلت انتي الان اخذني الموبايل حتى أقيم هذا مش من اختصاصك وردت تقول انت بتقيم مين بنت او ولد وهذا غير منطقي في فنادق العالم وممكن تشوف الي حصل عبر كيمرات الاستقبال ومهما ماقامت الموظفه بعمل فردي سيء سوفا احجز فيه بعد اسبوعين قادمين وفي النهايه
اشكر جزيل الشكر الاستاذ خالد مصطفى الذي يتعامل مع النزلاء باحترافيه ويحبب النزلاء الرجوع الى هذا الفندق الرائع له كل التقدير والاحترام
