Great, would come back again
Pros:

Receptionist and staff were friendly and respectful, clean room with nice pool view, easy beach access, delicious breakfast food

Cons:

There’s an entry fee to enter the area the hotel is in

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iedereen staat 24 uur voor je klaar. Hanan van housekeeping heeft elke dag een mooie decoratie achtergelaten op het bed. Elke dag werd het bed verschoond en de kamer schoongemaakt. Niks was teveel gevraagd en wij komen hier zeer zeker weer terug!

Pros:

موقع رائع جدا جدا ومنسق وفريق العمل متعاون جدا خصوصا شيماء في قاعه الإفطار

Cons:

منيو المطعم والفطار محتاج تحديث رغم انه رائع ولكنه لا يوجد به جديد ومحدود جدا

Non professional administration
Every time you go out from mamora and come back to hotel you have to pay fees in spite the hotel gives you pass cards , but it is expired !!!

The staff sent us welcome choclate after we entered the room , then they charged us at check out !!!

The furniture and bathroom facilities need renewal

Boda en Alexandria
Pros:

Haber asistido a una boda hija de un amigo, fue hermosa
La amabilidad del personal
La piscina y el gym está muy bien cuidado

Cons:

Para entrar a El Mamoura TIENES que pagar 40 LE. Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, sillones y alfombras sucias; jarrones de flores con agua sucia. Pobre el desayuno. Muchas moscas.

Todo deteriorado, alfombras viejas, puertas antiguas, todo huele a viejo. Personal con uniformes desgastados, zapatos roídos
