المكان تحفة، منتجع مش فندق
غرف، بيسين، بحر، مطعم في مكان سهل التحرك له.
احنا بقالنا سنين مش بنغير المكان.

Cons:

الفندق اتغير كتير جدا عن السنين اللي فاتت
الستاف أغلبه جديد في حاجة متغيرة على فندق بحجم بارادايز.

البيتزا اللي طلبناها في الغرفة سيئة الطعم جدا وجودة المكونات نفسها. صوص الرانش طعمة سئ.


فرش البحر بشع بمعنى الكلمة، غير مريح بالمرة.
الشازلونج متهالك، مقطع، البين باجز البيضاء غير مريحة بالمرة
الكراسي العالية الطويلة غير متوفرة على الشاطئ كمان كان السنين اللي فاتت.

امبارح نص ساعة طلبنا من ويتر يجي ياخد طلباتنا من على البحر في حدود من 7:30 ل 8:30 مجاش، مع إنه قال ثواني وجاي.

لحد ما ظهر محمود ابراهيم واحد من الستاف القديم، وجاب لما طلباتنا في لمح البصر مع بشاشة واحترام وسرعة.

كوبايات المياة في الفطار ريحتها بشعة واضح إني مش بتتغسل.
وده بس اللي شوفته لحد دلوقتي وأنا قضيت ليلة، ولسه الرحلة لم تنتهي

Good resort and bad lunch food and over promises staff

Cons:

I had lunch from the main restaurant it was awful really bad taste and upon contacting the hotel staff they acknowledged the bad food and it won’t happen again and they offered a refund for the food bill and I sent them my bank details upon their request and they didn’t keep their promise and didn’t refund anything
It was really unprofessional way

I loved the place a lot, very fruendly staff and exceptional cleaning. The room was spot on by a lovely lady hanan el sayed was her name i think, also by the beach restaurant there is a young abdel rahim and Mostafa the shisha guy
