Cozy place, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast served by Cinthia was delicious. Parking was easy and convenient. All the staff was really helpful and kind.

Cons:

The air con in the single room didn't heat properly. I asked for an extra blanket, after a cold first night. No elevator.

Büdös alot volt az ágynemű, nem volt lift a 3 szinten laktunk és lépcsőn kelet a kufert felcipelni. Papír vékony falak mindent hallottunk a szomszéd szobából. A fénykép nem felelt meg a valóságnak.

Excepcional la atención / servicio / amabilidad del personal, específicamente de 3 personas (ojalá la Administración valore su talento):

Los desayunos y el tamaño de la habitación están bien.

Puede mejorarse:

Se requiere mantenimiento en el aire (este apenas calentaba y hacia frio en la habitación), el jardin en la parte de atrás podria estar mas bonito (con paisajisno) que invite a disfrutarse estar ahi, se requiere tener mas canales de TV. Después del check out, tuve que esperar ahi (con otra persona en recepción, diferente a la que mencioné arriba en la sección de 'lo que me gustó más") ya que no había servicio de guarda equipaje o la persona que estaba ahí no conocía dicho servicio.

Standard, nice hotel.
Pros:

The staff is wonderful at this place! From check-in, to letting us leave our luggage while we went to see the Itaipu Dam, everyone was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast had sufficient options and a lot of fruit, which was great.
The beds were comfortable.
There was good hot water in the bathroom, and the room had heating, much needed during the cold wave that caught us.

Cons:

the bathroom was really tiny. The location is close to Monday Falls, which was our goal, but not good for walking, as it on the main road route.

La habitación bien limpia, amplia y cómoda
Las camas y ropa de cama, impecables
El baño también impecable, toallas de cuerpo y baño, jabones, champú y acondicionador por cada huesped.
Desayuno bien completo.
Todo impecable. Excelente relación precio-servicio
