O ar condicionado estava avariado. A pessoa que estava na recepção apenas me disponibilizava um ventilador. Num dia de 40°C na rua, 31°C temperatura ambiente no quarto. ... Pedi o meu dinheiro de volta e segui o meu caminho.

Personal unprofessionell, im SPA Hotel sollte man wenigstens den Pool frei nutzen können, TV nur 4-5 Kanäle, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, die ganze Nacht laute Frösche

Lovely peaceful staff. Restaurant staff were lovely and chatty and helpful
