Pros:

Localização, cordialidade dos funcionários, opções do café da manhã.

Cons:

Instalações com acústica ruim, vc ouve até os passos da pessoa no corredor. As paredes do corredor carecem de reforma/pintura.

Ótimos profissionais na recepção, limpeza, e ajudantes em geral. Sempre dispostos a ajudar e melhorar a estadia. Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Hotel com muitas escadas e sem acessibilidade. Para acessar qualquer parte do hotel precisa usar escadas e se você ficar no segundo andar, fica ainda mais cansativo. Tivemos problemas também com a televisão e o chuveiro, que ficava gelado do nada.

Foi uma ótima hospedagem.
Pros:

O Hotel atendeu as minhas expectativas, com ótimas acamodações e um excelente cafe da manhã.

Cons:

A unica coisa que não gostei foi haver som de televisão bem alto após as 22 horas e o visinho de cima arrastando móveis. Na parte da manhã uma bateção de portas e uma falação bem cedo.

Chuveiro ótimo!

Cons:

Checkin demorado e burocrático. 1 cama de casal pequena para 2 adultos e 1 criança. Entupimento do vaso sanitário. Equipe não quis dar toalhas extras! No café, pedi uma vitamina para uma criança e não consegui bater banana com leite (loucura)!
