L’hôtel est neuf, les défauts de jeunesse doivent être corrigés
Pros:

Les infrastructures sont neuves, la chambre est grande, mais très peut pratique !

Cons:

La climatisation était défectueuse. Le petit-déjeuner était catastrophique, les plats étaient vides à neuf heures et le personnel ne les ont pas remplacé. Le buffet est dispersé à différend endroit est à chaque fois il manquait quelque chose. Les machines à café étaient en panne. La salle du petit-déjeuner est bruyante est n’offre aucune intimité. Le parking est trop petit, nous avons eu de la peine à trouver une place et tout est mal indiqué.

uitstekende kamers, faciliteiten, personeel, en het uitstekende eten. Het is aan te bevelen voor het restaurant tijdig te reserveren.

Schönes Erlebnis für unsere gesamte Familie,viel Entspannung und Erholung, schöne Lage am Waldrand.

Frühstück, Spielecke, Wellnessbereich, Zimmer, Lage in der Natur

Cons:

Dusche ohne Antirutschmatte und Handgriffe.

Im Restaurant zu lange Wartezeiten, gemeinsames Essen war nicht möglich, auf Kleinkind wurde wenig Rücksicht genommen, zu wenig vegetarische Gerichte, sehr kleine Portionen. Tagsüber war es schwierig sich mit Essen zu versorgen, wenn man nicht ständig in der Bar bestellen wollte.
Am zweiten Tag haben wir außerhalb gegessen.

Pros:

Nette Begrüßung am Check-in. Abendessen im Restaurant. SPA klein aber o.k. Parkplätze an der Unterkunft kostenlos.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir im Barbereich permanent hinter der Servicekraft hinterherlaufen, um Getränke zu bekommen, obwohl wir immer innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten dort waren. Kein aktiver Service, nur auf Nachfrage.
Sauna leider nicht textilfrei.

Beautiful location and stunning view over the valley
Pros:

Beautiful view over the valley. Clean, polite and friendly staff. Walking trails from the hotel and on the wine route. Lovely nearby towns. Super spa and I believe the restaurant is very good but we didn’t book and it was already full for our three nights so make sure you do book ahead. Would love to explore this area more and return to this hotel

Cons:

Not much to dislike but it is in the middle of the country side so you can’t walk to shops etc

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig, allerdings etwas abgelegen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln eher schlecht zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war phänomenal und definitiv ein Highlight des Aufenthalts. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen, wird bei voller Hotelauslastung allerdings schnell etwas voll. Sehr positiv sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Personal könnte insgesamt freundlicher und hilfsbereiter sein. Das Frühstück war für den aufgerufenen Preis enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings wurden leere Speisen nur sehr langsam nachgefüllt. Besonders das Rührei konnte qualitativ überhaupt nicht überzeugen.

Auch das Restaurant am Abend hat uns trotz einer guten Auswahl nicht überzeugt – insbesondere das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir als nicht angemessen. Zudem ist das Hotel mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur schlecht zu erreichen.

Mooie rustige locatie op 5 minuten afstand van het pittoreske en gezellige Eguisheim met leuke restaurantjes. Heel luxe hotel met uitgebreid ontbijt, zwembad, sauna en prachtig ingericht. Een aanrader!

Pros:

Tout était PARFAIT, tant l'accueil que la propreté de tout l'établissement, que la qualité des repas, la chambre était parfaite tout comme le linge de lit très propre et agréable.
La piscine et ses équipements sont extra, l'hôtel dispose d'emplacements pour PMR, de parkings non payants, bref tout était TOP !

Pros:

Ruime "prestige" kamer. Lekker bed en ruime badkamer met apart toilet. Zeer ruime keuze bij het ontbijt

Cons:

Eten in restaurant gedeelte. Weinig keuze. 3 gangen menu was echt ondermaats qua keuze en smaak. Ook bij losse keuzemenu aanbod en smaak matig.
