Nice hotel with good amenities.
Pros:

Good facilities and easy in and out (with a car - folks walking had to drag stuff up the hill!) to explore the Alsace / Vosges area. Relaxing pool / wellness area. We took advantage of the bar menu a few times when we didn't want the full gourmet restaurant meal for dinner. Consider adding a few more items to that menu - it was very pleasant eating in the lounge area or right outside on the patio!

Cons:

The breakfast was good but not great - for such a nice hotel with such a nice restaurant, consider providing more fresh fruit. Minor point, though!

Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed midt ude i naturen - men du kan stadig besøge Eguisheim og Colmar på under 15 min. kørsel i bil.
Vores værelse var meget rent, og vi havde en stor balkon med udsigt til skoven.
Derudover kan hotellets restuarant anbefales om aftenen, hvis man ikke ønsker at køre ind til en af de omkringliggende byer.

Cons:

Vi havde nogle fantastiske dage på hotellet - eneste lille minus var, at balkonen var lidt beskidt.

Un très bel hôtel dans la forêt. Une excellente adresse.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel. Nous avons aimé la qualité du service, un excellent petit déjeuner buffet, un personnel très professionnel. La piscine est très agréable : eau chaude, jacuzzi. Restaurant gastronomique à un prix raisonnable ou repas léger au bar comme alternative.

Skønt hotel i fantastiske omgivelser. Rigtig dejlig ferie.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Fantastiske vandreture af forskellig karakter lige udenfor døren.
Stort værelse med egen terrasse.
Opfyldning med vand på værelset.
Skøn pool.

Cons:

Det var tilladt at ryge på terrasserne, også i spiseområderne. Der burde være røgfrit over det hele.
Personalet i morgenbuffeten var til tider lidt stressede.
Alt for varm seng. Meget varm dobbeltdyne. Meget høj hovedpude.
Til alt held havde vi en pude og et tæppe med som jeg brugte om natten.
Stor og fin morgenbuffet. Savnede dog lidt variation på de 6 morgener.

Magnifique hôtel
Pros:

L'accueil, le service, le personnel, le confort et la situation géographique. Restaurant et petit déjeuner exceptionnels.

Cons:

Le spa/piscine, on avait plus l'impression d'être dans un capfun que dans une piscine/spa. Le fait qu'il y ait des enfants n'est absolument pas dérangeant mais le fait qu'ils utilisent des palmes, jeu de balle et autres dans l'eau c'est quand dérangeant.

산속에 위치한 호텔이라 걱정했는데 스파며 숙소 안 시설이며 무엇하나 빠지는게 없었습니다. 더운 날씨에 에어컨도 정말 시원했고 직원들도 모두 친절하고 모든 상황에 적극적으로 대처해주었습니다. 스파 수영장도 정말 깔끔하고 사우나도 최신식으로 편안하게 머물렀습니다. 근처에 간다면 정말 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다
