Très bel hôtel, très bien situé et un personnel vraiment au top. Le soir où nous sommes arrivés il y avait une panne électrique dans tout le quartier, indépendant de l'hôtel. Et bien tout a été fait pour satisfaire les clients, ils nous ont proposé des salades élaborées avec ce qu'ils pouvaient faire malgré la panne électrique. Tout est revenu a la normal en fin de soirée. Le personnel était aux petits oignons, le dîner a été offert, même les vins.. alors grand merci et grand bravo. Pour cette raison nous avons prolongé de 2 nuits nôtre séjour. Je tiens a féliciter toute l'équipe et la Direction. Nous reviendrons ca c'est sur. Petit clin d'œil au sommelier qui nous a fait découvrir un excellent vin rouge issu d'un producteur passionné qui en plus est pas loin de chez nous dans le sud de la France et chez qui nous nous sommes rendu a notre retour. Milles mercis encore.

Pros:

Mooi hotel, zeer schone kamer en spa. Wij verbleven hier voor een tussenstop en dat was perfect. Met iets luxer door extra badkamer en andere details. Goede parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Wat insecten in en om het appartement, maar ligt midden in bos dus logisch.

Pros:

Lovely hotel spoiled by an EXTREMELY rude waiter. Warm welcome and bowls and treat for our dog were a nice touch, room, spa/pool and breakfast lovely.

Cons:

walked out of the restaurant before ordering dinner as utterly shocked by the way the waiter spoke to us. We were double charged city tax which irked too. Won't be returning ....one to avoid

Prima bestemming om te hiken of omgeving te verkennen.
Pros:

Locatie direct aan het bos vanwaar je fraai kunt hiken.

Cons:

Restaurant voor diner was oké maar twee avonden zelfde menu aanbieden was niet goed.
In de openbare ruimtes werd slecht geventileerd waardoor het heel warm bleef. Of management op doorluchten zetten met deze hitte of de airco aan. Transpireren van de warmte tijdens avondeten niet optimaal.

Perfecte plek voor kort verblijf in de buurt van Colmar.
Pros:

Alles is netjes, personeel gastvrij. Nette schone kamer en heerlijke douche.
Parkeren voor de deur midden in het groen. Luxe ontbijt met alles wat je wil

Cons:

Het restaurant bij het hotel is prima. Eten is heerlijk maar wel een beetje op de Franse luxe wijze. Kleine porties voor een flinke prijs. Heel lekker allemaal maar past niet helemaal bij de setting van het hotel.

Voor ons meer dan goed, we waren op doorreis.
Pros:

De wellness en de geboden oplossing bij een technisch probleem.

Wir hatten uns mehr erwartet und waren daher etwas enttäuscht.
Pros:

Toilette und Badezimmer waren getrennt.
Gute, zentrale Lage für Ausflüge.
Frühstück wurde bei Bedarf aufgefüllt.
Schwimmbad war schön; Wasser sehr angenehm temperiert.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer war fast keine Abstellfläche, mussten den Rand des Waschbeckens nutzen.
Klimaanlage fiel aus, was ja passieren kann. Jedoch wurden wir zu unserem Hinweis auf eine Fehlermeldung zunächst vertröstet, es wurde fälschlicherweise an der Rezeption behauptet, dass die Klimaanlage nie nachmittags laufen würde. Erst auf unsere nochmalige Beschwerde wurde uns ein neues gleichwertiges Zimmer angeboten. Dort lief dann die Klimaanlage auch nachmittags. Jedoch wurde am nächsten Tag keine Zimmerreinigung (frische Handtücher, Betten machen, Abfalleimer leeren...) durchgeführt; wieder erst bei unserer Beschwerde nachmittags an der Rezeption wurde dies nachgeholt. Auch hier gab es kein "Pardon" oder "Sorry".
Frühstück war okay. Es gab jedoch jeden Tag genau das Gleiche, keinerlei Abwechslung und die Auswahl war überschaubar.
