Hotel Jackson

NOT worth the money. $1,500 per night plus over $300 in fees. Two rooms for 4 nights cost us $15,000.
Rooms not connected like we asked, air did not work on night one so they ghetto rigged something, and people complained about noise every day
Floors are thin, not kid friendly, never ate the food as not kid friendly, only 1 ice machine so we had to call the front desk every day

The location was perfect - literally the centre of town. The decor was very nice, well executed and the hotel did have a premium feel to it. Nice artworks on the walls and a quality feel.
We also liked having a fire in our room, albeit gas, but still a nice touch. Bed was comfy and the staff were all lovely. We thought the gym, library and spa spaces were all of a high quality and really nicely done.
Shout out to the valet parking boys - top job all of them, especially the night guy who got our car and sorted coffee for us on a 0400 start one morning - appreciated very much!!

Perfect hotel to explore Wyoming

We enjoyed a short visit to Jackson and the Hotel Jackson was the perfect fit. Friendly staff. Beautiful interior design. Walking distance to the shops & restaurants. A quiet comfortable sleep. Stunning new spa & state of art workout facilities.

If you want to know just how incredible Hotel Jackson is, let’s put it this way: my wife has become quite the novice hotel aficionado, and she now flat-out refuses to stay anywhere else when we visit Jackson Hole. The service here is world-class. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, intuitive, and genuinely eager to make our stay flawless. They don't just provide service; they anticipate your needs with a level of hospitality that feels incredibly personal.

As someone who pays close attention to hotel standards, my wife was also blown away by the cleanliness. Every corner of the property, from the stunning lobby to our beautifully appointed room, was absolutely pristine.

Somehow, they messed up breakfast; it took them 1 hour to serve terrible oatmeal. They did comp the breakfast.

First class hotel all around starting with the design and building materials. Right in the center of town, hits all the needs.

Our stay at Hotel Jackson was the highlight of our vacation, which is saying a lot since we were visiting Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons! The rooms here are super clean and very luxurious. The staff are exceptional, and the food is just terrific (even room service was received piping hot and delicious). After long days in the parks, this is a great place to unwind-but is also situated within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. A wonderful place-definitely worth a look!

This hotel is top notch in every aspect! Its location was perfect for visiting Jackson Hole. We were able to walk and explore the town.
The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Every detail was extremely thought out. The staff from the valets to the consierge was friendly and helpful. We ordered a picnic lunch for a day of exploration of the Grand Teton National Park and the staff was able to find us some horseradish sauce!
The restaurant served amazing and delicious food and drinks. The restaurant staff were able to provide solid recommendations of food and drinks. We enjoyed everything!

Great location right in the middle of town but quiet, superbly well designed and furnished rooms. Great restaurant, really remarkable. What really sets this hotel apart is how well it is maintained and unusually comprehensive service. A gem.
