Pros:

Zimmer, Bett, Frühstück, Wellnessanlage, Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, Raum für die Fahrräder etc. waren wie immer top.

Cons:

Da der Bodensee einen extrem niedrigen Wasserstand hatte und sich am Strand Algen und Entenkot sammelte, war der See zum Schwimmen praktisch nicht benutzbar. Schade. Man könnte den Strand trotzdem reinigen. Die Fenster des Zimmers könnten wieder einmal eine Putzrunde vertragen. Ein Schreiner sollte einmal durchs Haus gehen und kleinere Schäden an Möbeln beheben.

Pros:

Bel emplacement, à côté de la piste cyclable. Magnifique terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur le lac. Belle et grande chambre. Très propre. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel très serviable

Cons:

Booking ne mentionne pas que l’espace piscine et le wellness sont nudistes 😟

Wir waren zum dritten Mal dort. Sehr gute Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Der direkte Anschluss an den Wellnessbereich ist perfekt. Das Frühstück erwähnenswert. Sehr gute Auswahl

Cons:

Es fallen Kleinigkeiten wo etwas in Ordnung gebracht werden muss. Es fehlen Buchstaben im Aufzug, Spiegel leicht verkratzt oder Fenster nicht gut geputzt.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.
Besonders der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, und das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden es war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl.

Pros:

Die moderne Einrichtung des Zimmers. Auch mit der Fliegentür hat man mitgedacht.

Cons:

Unsere Handtücher im Zimmer waren sehr dünn und zudem bereits ausgefranst. Leider machten sie insgesamt keinen besonders neuwertigen Eindruck. Auch beim Bademantel war die Gürtelschlaufe bereits abgerissen.

Am späten Nachmittag hatten wir zudem ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis mit einer Mitarbeiterin. Sie schien uns regelrecht abzupassen und ließ uns erst passieren, nachdem wir unseren Zimmerschlüssel vorgezeigt sowie unseren Namen und unsere Zimmernummer angegeben hatten. Wir hatten dabei den Eindruck, dass unsere entspannte Sportkleidung offenbar nicht dem erwarteten Kleidungsstil der Hotelgäste entsprach. Dieses Verhalten empfanden wir als unangemessen und wenig gastfreundlich.

Generell haben wir leider einige Mitarbeiter als sehr unfreundlich erlebt, was den ansonsten gewünschten entspannten Aufenthalt deutlich getrübt hat
