Nel complesso, normale.
Pros:

La posizione e la gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

1) La pulizia, gli asciugamani erano sporchi/macchiati (fortunatamente li hanno cambiati il giorno dopo) e le lenzuola avevano della polvere/sabbia all’arrivo.
2) Nonostante la gentilezza del personale, al quale non è imputabile la cosa, abbiamo avuto la brutta sorpresa che ci hanno portato via la macchina che era parcheggiata davanti l’hotel a causa del mercato domenicale.
Per un hotel che sfrutta tale parcheggio per i clienti dovrebbe essere il minimo segnalare che la domenica le auto vengono rimosse, anche perché, come riferito dalla Polizia Locale, e un problema per i turisti che si ripete ogni weekend, con conseguente esborso di almeno 150 euro per le macchine portate al deposito.
3) Non vi e la presenza dell ascensore, se si alloggia alle ultime camere e si hanno valigie ingombranti può essere difficile il trasporto.

Cons:

Environnement bruyant . Circulation véhicules toute la nuit. Bagarre entre bandes rivales. Chambre sans clim. Fenêtre fermée trop chaud, ouverte trop de bruit.
Café quasi imbuvable au petit déjeuner.

Stayed here for a number of years. Ideal for 1 night stay, on day trips from Portsmouth.

Ottimo la posizione in centro, comodo il parcheggio di fronte all hotel che è a pagamento ma gratis dalle 19 alle 9.
Le camere non vengono rifatte, manca di ascensore ma il personale ti aiuta con la valigia. Colazione solo dolce manca di cose salate quindi 10 euro sono troppe.

mieux que ce que je ne pensais
Pros:

La vue sur le port de plaisance et le monument en face (une château?) est appréciable, L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Caen. Le personnel est accueillant et le petit-déjeuner copieux avec un croissant et du pain extra. J'ai apprécié l'oeuf à la coque parfaitement cuit :)
