Great stay. Homewood Suites is clean, the staff very pleasant (they greet you in the hall), the breakfast was very good. I particularly appreciated the fact they are trying to cut down on trash by using ceramic plates, actual silverware, and mugs for hot drinks. One of the kitchen staff thanked me for staying there! There was even an outdoor area available for grilling food. Nice gym and an outdoor and indoor whirlpool and pool.
The location is very convenient to Burlington and the Island Line Rail Trail along Lake Champlain. The Shelburne Museum (a must visit) wasn't too far away either. My only complaint was that we needed to store bikes in our room, but that wasn't a major issue since we had booked a suite.
Chambre confortable et spacieuse
Petit déjeuner inclus
Propreté des sols et manque de réactivité du personnel
Clean, spacious and close to a Target store.
Wifi is slow and you cannot control the temperature (you need to call main desk to change it).
It was convenient to everywhere I wanted to go.
Everything was great no issues.
Particularly liked available EV chargers
We stayed at this property for 2 nights while visiting Burlington. At about $400 per night, this was the most expensive Homewood we've ever visited (by far). There did not seem to be any special event that would have resulted in pricing this high. While it is a nice Homewood property, it's really not a $400 hotel.
The property is located outside of downtown, convenient to the interstate but a drive is required to get to the waterfront. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perhaps a little nicer than the typical Homewood. There was an indoor pool and a fairly nice fitness center. The breakfast was pretty standard for Homewood, perhaps a little better than average, but I would have expected some better selections at this price point.
While this is clearly a nice Homewood property, it's very expensive. If the price was more in line than most Homewood properties ($150-200), my rating would be much higher.
Great location. Clean rooom. Helpful staff. Good breakfast
Pillows were far too soft..
Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a wide variety of foods you don't typically find in a basic continental breakfast! Checked in a little after midnight (after a long, delayed 17+ hr travel day from Arizona), and was very, very pleased with customer service upon arrival (and also our suite). If we ever travel through Burlington again, we will most certainly be back!
Newer, clean hotel. Has a good breakfast and large indoor pool. Shares a parking lot with a CVS, Mall is a 2 minute walk. Quite a few restaurants within a 3 minute drive. Can get to the University, downtown or water in 5-10 minutes.
Everything! Friendly staff, great room, delicious breakfast!
Nothing
The hotel was very nice and the location was convenient based on the reason for our stay.
Unfortunately, the pillows on the bed were extremely soft and made our sleep very very uncomfortable. Firmer pillows should be provided. Also, I found that breakfast being available between 630 and 9:30 AM was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast should be extended a little bit longer.
I was very impressed with the size of the room and all of the kitchen equipment provided. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.
The only thing I didn't love was the pool area. Not bad but if I had to pick something to improve on.
breakfast area was nice and clean and quite have nothing bad to say
i liked everything
