Pros:

Close to Westkreuz train station.

Cons:

I stayed in this hotel 5+ times and everything was good. The room was with 2 windows and good sized. But this time the room was small, close to the elevator and even dirty. I asked to change the room - but was rejected. Very disappointed this time!!

Sehr nettes Personal, direkt an der S-Bahn und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Das Bad war neu gemacht.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter, aber durchaus funktionstüchtig.

Die Größe des Zimmers, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, direkt am S-Bahnhof Westkreuz, in 15 Minuten am HBf, Bäckerei, Supermarkt alles in der Nähe

Die Matratze war zu weich und der Kühlschrank zu laut

Pros:

Zentrale Lage direkt an der S-Bahn Station.

Cons:

Einfache Ausstattung des Zimmers. Matratze sehr weich bzw. durchgelegen. Föhn im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Laut durch Bahnverkehr.

Absolut empfehlenswert – tolles Team und super Service
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr saubere Apartments, superfreundliches Personal – ich habe mich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt :) Toller Service, auch außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten. Ich habe eine besondere Situation, und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es darum geht, auf unsere Bedürfnisse einzugehen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall regelmäßig hier übernachten. Vielen Dank, dass ihr unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gestaltet habt
