ETAT DE LA CHAMBRE 22 SANS POSSIBILITÉ D'EN CHANGER INDIGNE D'UN HÔTEL 3 ÉTOILES

1- L'accueil, la gentillesse et la bienveillance de Denis, Mélissa et Sinda - RAYONS DE SOLEIL DE CE SÉJOUR
2 - Déposer son bagage à l'arrivée (avant disponibilité de la chambre) et au départ avant de prendre le TGV de retour en soirée - FORT APPRÉCIÉ
3 - Proximité de la gare et le quartier

J'ESPÈRE QUE LE CONSTAT (signalés 2 fois dont la 2e avec photos) DÉCRIT CI-DESSOUS CONTRIBUERA A AMÉLIORER LE CONFORT DE LA CHAMBRE 22 POUR LES PROCHAINS CLIENTS A QUI ELLE SERA ATTRIBUÉE :
1- Mur carrelé blanc prés du WC taché de traces jaunâtres (signalements sans effet)
2- Frigo avec tâches orangées + les 2 compartiments de la porte sales et poussiéreux (nettoyé en partie après 2e rappel pour 1 compartiment/2)
3- Bouilloire avec tartre autour du couvercle, au bec verseur et 1 peu à l'intérieur (signalements ss effet)
4 - Gobelet en carton sans protection posé sur support de la bouilloire à même 1 grille dont l'envers porte des traces noires de moisi ? et le compartiment repose grille sale (nettoyé en partie après 2eme rappel) - REVOIR GRILLE

Mobilier et moquette datent d'un autre siècle
Quand au petit déjeuner, à 18€ je m'attendais à un festin de roi de bon matin. Ce fut le petit déjeuner le plus lamentable que j'ai jamais eu dans un hôtel, du vol pur et simple à ce prix là !

Pros:

Lit confortable/ chambre bien isolée et très calme/ bon emplacement / personnel très gentil. Le mobilier et les murs sont vieillissant ce qui rend l'hôtel décevant pour le prix . J'ai pourtant eu un tarif correct car promo de dernière minute a 111 euros la chambre supérieure qui pour moi correspond plus a une chambre standard.

Very good property to stay. I would love to stay here during my future visits to Paris
Pros:

Location is very good. Railway station, Metro, bus stops are very close to the Hotel. View from the room was excellent. There are lot of Restaurants, Cafe's in surrounding area. Cleanliness was good. Staff members on reception counter were very helpful.

Cons:

Size of the room was too small but other than that nothing to complaint about the property.
