An OK place to break a journey but it would be a disappointment for a longer stay.
Pros:

A good location overlooking the Clyde and an excellent Haggis Pie for supper.

Cons:

Money has clearly been spent on the public areas but the room felt rather tired and in need of some tlc.

Cons:

Place was ‘sticky’. Room was next to kitchen ventilator and noisy until 2200 hours. As it was 20 degrees C we had the window open. Shower needed none slip matt and internal hand rail.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The location was amazing.
The staff were so friendly and helpful throughput our say.
The rooms were beautiful and comfy beds

Cons:

One side of the building where we are staying has very poor water pressure from the showers.
Room 5 amazing however the lighting could be better as it is a dark room

Lovely, friendly hotel with scenic views and nice outdoor seating.
Pros:

Pleasant, helpful staff and spacious room. Good range of food and presented nicely. Good access to sockets / USB and able to heat room & warm towels. Choice of Bar and restaurant.

Cons:

Shower lacked power but understand it’s older building.

A great location that we both really loved.
Pros:

We were very happy with this hotel situated above a pub and located on the water . The room was very comfortable and we looked out over Gare Loch and saw a Cruise Ship in the distance on the opposite side to the hotel . We had dinner and breakfast and both were very enjoyable.

Very disappointed didn’t get the room that I requested and didn’t even get anything resolved
Pros:

We booked back in April and we booked a Seaview room when we arrived late because of traffic around 515 we were told there was only one room left and it didn’t have a Seaview. The lady on the reception told us that it was a preference rather than guaranteed very matter of fact.
A sign on the reception read upgrade to a Seaview room. I pointed at the sign and was told oh yes, they’ve all gone. The room that we were given was cramped and overlooked the generator. It was a hot room and the windows didn’t open very far.

Cons:

Easy meal, which was chicken was really nice and the young man that served us was very pleasant
