We enjoyed our two nights due to excellent service provided.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Staff were also very helpful.

Been there before like the venue

Cons:

Booked a twin room and ended up on a sofa bed which was horrendously uncomfortable . This was the second time a twin was booked and not available

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the food was very good, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the coffee making items were replenished.

Very much enjoyed our stay. One little thing - at breakfast my cup was stained so I asked for another one which was also

Bright and modern building. Room was comfortable, clean and had little extras like bottled water and reading lights. Close to the M6 which we needed.

Cons:

Noise from the busy road when sitting outside with a drink.

Too quiet. Beds uncomfortable. Bar closed at 10pm. Nobody in after 8.30pm. Was told it was always like this.

Pros:

Staff always really friendly. Good quality food with plenty of variety with the evening meal and an excellent breakfast.

Cons:

There are certain rooms where you can hear road noise. As a light sleeper I try and avoid these where I can.

Pros:

We travelled up from West Sussex and the hotel was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, dinner was excellent and the breakfast was fabulous. We would definitely come back again and have recommended it to our family who live in Preston.
