Un encuentro con la naturaleza
Pros:

El hotel GRAN JIMENOA, es un lugar muy acogedor, especialmente para aquellas perdonas como yo que busca relajarse y conectar con la naturaleza.
En paisaje le doy un diez, la verdad que me fascinó desayunar mientras escuchaba el sonido del río los árboles batian las hojas regalándome su aire puro y fresco. La verdad no me quería ir, pero iré más amenudo.

Cons:

Deben mejorar el mantenimiento de los aires acondicionado principalmente en los meses junio, julio, agosto y septiembre, que es donde el calor se siente más, aunque el calor es todo el año, en esos meses es mas intenso.

Couldnt have a normal shower, customer service doesn't respond
Pros:

The location was very beautiful

Cons:

- The shower didn't have any water pressure and was cold. When we told them they said you have to wait 10-15 minutes before the water will get warm. That's okay but why didn't you tell us when checking in because nobody keeps the water on for 10-15 minutes if they don't know it will take that long
- The next day somebody would come for the water pressure when we went out but when we came back we still didn't have any normal water pressure and they told us nobody came yet. So during our stay we couldnt have a normal shower. The hotel was empty so it was not a problem of too many people showering at the same time
- The employee at the desk told us to contact the management on whatsapp, so we did. They told us we would get a 10% discount. In my opinion this is way too less if you weren't able to have a normal shower but we thought okay they will do something and we're fine. I've been asking them for a week already how they will give me my refund but they don't respond on whatsapp and they didn't give it. Would recommend it for the location but I wouldn't go if you want to have a normal shower.
- It is a nice and peaceful place but they had a whole class of teenagers for a day who were very loud in and around the pool. Had to go to the hotel room for working on my laptop because there was too much noise around

Overall great, highly recommend
Pros:

The property is amazing with the river next to it- it has beautiful views and you can bathe in the river which was awesome! The grounds are gorgeous and the restaurant was delicious. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room we got had 2 beds, one of the beds had mold on the sheets. We told the staff and the replaced it right away which was nice but it’s an expensive hotel for that to happen.

Overall the hotel was good. We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The staff was friendly and professional
The location wasn’t bad I traveled from another part of the country we took a bus to go the town and then a taxi we arranged to get us around. He was very friendly.

Cons:

The first day when going for breakfast it wasn’t enough food and not enough table we have to shared ours with other guests.
