Location, large rooms, full kitchen, clean.
Everything was perfect! From the moment we arrived, staff greeted us and were so warm and friendly! The hotel is gorgeous! Our room-phenomenal! We will stay here for our future trips to the mountains! Perfect location, perfect place! Thank you to the staff again!!
Nothing!
Great stay. Lots of character. Plenty of room . Well appointed kitchen with full size appliances. Great location to walk to restaurants. Definitely staying here again.
Nice unique hotel. Rooms were fun. Our room’s AC was broken and they quickly moved us to another room - so all was good.
Beautiful boutique hotel, within 5-10min walking distance of restaurants, bars, art galleries, and museums. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, with well-supplied kitchens. It felt like the comfort of a standard hotel, but with the personal touch of a small venture. We would definitely stay there again!
We loved the suite. There was plenty of space and it was nicely furnished. The location was perfect - being near great restaurants and lounges. The best of all was the staff members who were knowledgeable and personable. We really enjoyed chatting particularly with the evening staff and were thankful for suggestions and assistance.
Light switches were sometimes confusing - but that was on us. The bedroom was small, but the living room was large, which is where we hung out.
Loved the room - lots of character, spacious, had everything we needed and more. The amenities were wonderful and the staff were lovely. They even organized in-room couples massage, one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Perfect spot for being in central/downtown Asheville.
One small thing, the location being next to a street with very early trash/recycling pickup. We’d be woken by the beeping of trucks and dumping of bottles, sometimes as early as 6:30 in the morning (pretty loud, even with white noise and earplugs). Not something the hotel can control though, and the central location is so convenient, so just something to be aware of.
Great location and plenty of space for our family of 5 (pullout sofa was so helpful!). The staff was so thoughtful and they have a great complimentary snack setup in the lobby (kids loved it).
Parking lot was a block away (and free) and the morning we were meant to check out there was a farmer’s market on the lot’s street so we had to find alternative, paid parking for the evening to be able to get out the next day.
Rooms were very large. Had kitchen and living room.
Living room furniture was very uncomfortable.
Bathroom was very small. Could hear the footsteps of the rooms above.
The room was comfortable and clean. We slept great and had plenty of room in the two queen bed suit. It was nice to walk to two nearby coffee shops and bakery. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby was so nice too!
With the hotel being right in DT Asheville, parking is tricky. The hotel offers parking a short walk away, so we had to coordinate luggage loading at a nearby loading zone. It was a little hectic getting in during a busy time, but we figured it out fine. We also accidentally left our credit card at check in and wasn't notified that the desk had it. They could have notified us instead of us checking with front desk.
Great little boutique hotel, nice to be away from the chains. Staff really friendly. Rooms were basically self contained apartments and beautifully furnished and clean. Felt more like being at home than in a hotel.
Location ideal to explore downtown on foot, exceptionally clean and spacious suite.
Everything was very clean. I loved that they had complimentary drinks and snacks. I also liked that they had bath robes and slippers for us.
There was a large gap under the main door making me feel unsafe and allowing increased noise in the room. The walls are super thin and we could hear every noise from people upstairs (including walking). The windows do not block street noise very well and the hotel is on a very busy street. It was hard to sleep.
Very comfortable room with plenty of space and good amenities (especially the washer and dryer).
There was a bit of noise from the upper floors. Didn’t impact on us too much but it might be an issue for light sleepers.
Location is unbeatable. Washer a d dryer are a nice touch as well as the kitchen.
Bathroom is cramped, wife had to do her make-up etc...in the kitchen.
