Nous étions à l’accueil avec eux et aucun effort pour comprendre la situation.J’ai donc payé deux fois et de surcroît aucun geste commercial offert, pas de surclassement ou petit déjeuner offert. Dans la foulée notre climatisation ne fonctionnait plus au bout de la 3em nuit…

I had a great experience staying here. The location is quite strategic and easy to access. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities met my expectations. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would consider coming back again.
Property is clean, comfort and large room. It has also specific elevator to my room. Breakfast is also delicious, not many variety of foods but all of the menu provided suit our taste. Beside the large pool it has also jacuzzi, very nice

Staying at Fraser Residence Sudirman was a really pleasant experience overall. The room is very spacious and has a calming atmosphere, which makes it ideal for both work trips and leisure stays. I appreciate the apartment-style setup because it gives more privacy and comfort compared to a regular hotel room. The kitchenette is also very useful,
if you want to stay in and have simple meals without always ordering outside food. The service is excellent especially from Ridwan at reception, also location easy to access
