The location was great - minutes on foot to MRT, Car free day, and major attractions within 30mins by car. Staff is attentive. I stayed in the 1BR Apartment was pleasantly surprised that the apartment went under renovation. I love the modern amenities, separate living room and bedroom, washer, great appliances, Olympic size swimming pool, water dispenser, toiletries, nothing to complain when it comes to facilities.
Since their restaurant is under renovation, the breakfast is served to our apartment and I was surprised the amount of food you get.
On our second day our room only got cleaned close to 5 PM after several requests.

Location
Need more tables at breakfast. All tables were taken on a Saturday morning with free tables available only for event guests. Hotel staff initially refused us (family with young kids) a table even though we had a flight to catch. We had to insist for a table.
Staff should be better trained to be flexible and solution oriented.
Spacious and very clean. Privacy too since one unit per floor.
The price and value are really worth it to stay at Fraser Sudirman with all its complete and well-maintained facilities, spacious and clean rooms and a location close to public transportation and malls, then very friendly service from Angga, Ridwan and Meisya. Thanks guys we Will definitely comeback again
An excellent, modern residence with a spacious, well-equipped apartment. There's a large outdoor pool and hot tub. Very kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast

L’établissement a refusé d’effectuer l’annulation de mon second booking fait par erreur. Nous étions à l’accueil avec eux et aucun effort pour comprendre la situation.J’ai donc payé deux fois et de surcroît aucun geste commercial offert, pas de surclassement ou petit déjeuner offert. Dans la foulée notre climatisation ne fonctionnait plus au bout de la 3em nuit…
