für meinen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten eine gute Wahl
Pros:

Schönes altes Haus mit Biergarten, groβes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, gute Lage
(Bushaltestelle in der Nähe)

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ein wenig einfallslos,, warmes Frühstück sehr fleischlastig und wenig geeignet für Vegetarier

Definitely will come back
Pros:

Spectacular building on the outside, conveniently linked to bar and restaurant, very good outside seating for hot day.
Every where was clean and staff very helpful, did not have to pay until arrival and good price

Cons:

Its not disliking its just it felt like the inside is tired and needs a freshen up decoration.

Street Parking issues through day time hours but as described and cannot be helped in location, not the fault of hotel its just a hotel car park would been a great bonus to the facility.

Un hotel con mucho encanto
Pros:

Repetimos a la vuelta de nuestro viaje por el sur de reino unido… el hotel esta genial y tiene mucho encanto, las camas son muy cómodas y el personal es maravilloso.
Sin duda si vamos de nuevo volveré al mismo sitio

Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful. The chef was willing to make breakfast for me early on Sunday morning when I needed to check out early.

Restaurant meal deals were good.

Cons:

The room was gloomy and hot. It would have helped to have been able to open the top window sash and the bathroom rooflight.

Posizionato bene, 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro, staff molto gentile e disponibile. Cenato nel pub del locale, in cortile

Cons:

Non bisogna guardare la pulizia e camera davvero minimal.

All fine until the drains in the bathroom created a terrible foul smell
Pros:

Started off great. Lovely lady at check in. Nice atmosphere in the garden.

Cons:

Room 26 on check in all seemed fine. Yes the room is dated, but that's not a problem. Problem was when the stench from the bathroom (bath/sink drains?) kept us awake during the night. Closing the bathroom door tight (which was difficult) only helped slightly.
Breakfast was ok, but waitress wasn't very forthcoming with the options, we went and asked about the cooked breakfast as could see other people. Family of 4 Germans next to us didn't seem to be offered anything either (the continental breakfast was totally self serving).
On check out looked for someone to speak to about the foul smelling room/bathroom, but no one around. Have since tried to contact the hotel via booking as couldn't find an e-mail address. Just wanted to figure out if it was just this room that had the problem, was it an ongoing issue, were they even aware of the problem?

Room smelled like drains, but decent location if you're visiting Clifton
Pros:

The staff were friendly, location was great, and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

There was a drain smell in our room, which was quite off putting. The staff had clearly tried to cover it up, when I arrived at the room the door was unlocked and the door propped open by a towel. The corridor near the bedroom also smelled of odour remover spray. I would have raised the issue to the staff, but they were clearly already aware and we arrived quite late and I didn't really have time.

Good location but wouldn't rush back
Pros:

Very good central location but no onsite parking which can be a bit of a nightmare as you're trying to find on street parking that isn't residents permit only and/or meter. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel in need of renovation. Room was tatty and not very clean.
