There was nothing I didn’t like
The breakfast was great. For $6 it was awesome!
It was very close to a lot of things we wanted to do so we didn’t have to drive. The Island was a very short walk from the hotel.
There wasn’t a lot of parking spaces. We had to park at the front of the building and walk around to the elevator but it wasn’t the worst.
I liked the free offers they had and were a hit with the kid
I did not like that everywhere smelled like smoke couldn’t sit outside , or walk around the property bc of the amount of people smoking even in door ways to the rooms , the rooms are very dark and if the blinds are open everyone that walks to their room or past your room looks in and sees you , there were three different lamps all with half dying light bulbs. I did not like the shower either there is no door on it so the whole bathroom floor is wet all day too.
The location, hospitality, and extra amenities were a big plus! The room was spacious and very clean.
Loved the large room and the attention to detail when we first walked in. The cute towel swans were just a cute little touch that made it feel like we were on a vacation when it was only a quick weekend away. I loved that the staff was so friendly and reached out to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. It felt like they cared that we were there and were not just another guest.
The room layout was a little odd, but it was still great.
Location and cleanliness of the facilities.
The bed was a little firm for me. The water pressure is also not good.
The atmosphere was the best. It has a vibe that makes you feel like family. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. It’s within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and entertainment. The landscaping was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the birds. The nighttime entertainment was great for relaxing.
I didn’t care for our room location. We were directly in front of the elevators so there was a lot of noise. I didn’t say anything because we only there for 2 nights. There was a horrible smell that came from the bathroom. The smell started the first night when my daughter turned the shower on. I assumed it may have been the sewer. There was a plunger beside the toilet which made me think that they may have had plumbing issues at some point. We smelled it again the next morning after I showered. If we had a longer stay I probably would have requested another room, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so we just dealt with it.
Location is awesome! Easy to walk to multiple locations. You can’t beat breakfast at Reagan’s House of Pancakes.
Requested 1st floor due to mobility issues. Was given 3rd floor.
One elevator for all rooms and it’s very slow.
Junior Suite on 1st floor is larger than Junior Suite on 3rd floor, was disappointed.
Room 306 specifically: tub drains slow, bathroom door hook has been pulled off the door, only one part of towel bar there (other has never been installed - no holes in tile).
Also, parking seems to be very limited. I’m sure there is enough per rooms on the property but if you come back after 7/8 pm you are up the creek finding a spot.

We had a family of 9 and we all absolutely loved it. There is not 1 complaint. The beds was soooo comfy.
