Friendly staff and affordable.
Pros:

The front desk staff at check in was extremely efficient and friendly. Took no time to check in. The room was adequate, and clean. The ceiling needed attention. Beds were comfortable and location was extremely convenient.

Cons:

The main thing that affected our stay was people gathering at the car entrance. If we were driving it was frustrating because they did not seem to care that they were blocking traffic. Also people were smoking everywhere...next to rooms, elevators, entrance to hotel. I have no problem with smokers but it needs to be restricted to a certain area. If there was a designated smoking area, that restriction was not enforced. We were also blocked in by someone pulling a large trailer. I was told we only had one parking spot per room, evidently it didn't apply to everyone.

Everything from the front desk to the donuts slushy coffee etc. was exceptional. The room amazing very clean the views beautiful. The outdoor amenities rocking chairs covered seating area with outdoor gas fire pit. Down by water chairs outdoor fire pit everything was exceptional. Can’t wait for our next visit

Walking distance to everything. You can catch the trolley right outside. Breakfast at Regans was great even if u upgrade to the buffet for 6 dollars it was worth it. Pool open 24/7.

Great time to relax and unwind
Pros:

The shower was very nice, room was clean and contemporary. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly

Cons:

Pancake house was too busy people standing outside waiting at 9am so we ate at IHOP both days instead, no waiting.

Amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is well maintained, you can tell this place is truly cared for. From the landscaping to the smell of a clean room when you walk in. The location is phenomenal being right next to the Island and the Three Bears general store. We were easily able to walk to both with two children. This place honestly has so much to offer! Free Coffee, tea, icee’s, Krispy Kreme glazed donuts, & a variety of fruits. My kids loved the game room off to the side of the office which was also free. The pool is open 24/7 and offers lots of toys for guests to use along with pool towels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are truly willing to help however they can. We received a call daily during our visit to make sure that we had all that we needed in our room. We ate breakfast at Raegans Pancake house every morning with our vouchers that we got at check in. Very delicious and right across the road from the property. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Cons:

Elevator was not climate controlled but you weren’t in there long enough for it to truly matter.

Perfect little spot!
Pros:

The Arbors at Island Landing is a perfect spot. Walking distance to the island and very clean! Breakfast across the street with friendly staff. I loved the music in the evening with s’mores! I would recommend to anyone young and old!
