המיקום מושלם, צוות הקבלה ורון מדהימים. גם שדרגו לנו את החדר וגם מילאו כל בקשה. המיקום מושלם, הקרבה לים ולתחבצ לכל המקומות הכיפיים בעיר. היתה חופשה מושלמת.

Great location in Tel Aviv with an attentive staff and lovely room.
Pros:

The staff was terrific especially the team at reception. They take their time to know their guests and always greeted us and asked about our day and whether we needed anything. It’s a great location and the room was lovely.

Cons:

While the breakfast was good and staff at the restaurant were good it would have been nice to change up the choices.

האדיבות יוצאת הדופן של הצוות מצליחה לפצות גם על מה שלא מושלם. היה כיף.
Pros:

המיקום מצויין. הצוות אדיב ומשתדל בצורה יוצאת דופן. יצאו מגדרם כדי לפנק ולעשות שיהיה לנו נהדר.
החדר גדול ומרווח. היינו עם 3 בנות אז זה משמעותי. מרפסת כיפית וגדולה.

Cons:

המקלחת לא היתה טובה. מיושנת ועם זרם נורא חלש. היה נסיון של הצוות לפתור ולתקן אבל בסופו של דבר זה לא כל כך עבד.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה, אבל פחות טובה ממש שהיתה בביקור הקודם שלנו ולכן טיפה מאכזב.

לדברי ילד בן 8- היה כייף. מלון נחמד מאוד, ארוחת בוקר במסעדה צמודה למלון בהגשה לשולחן, יש קפה ושתייה קרה חופשי. החדר היה גדול ומרווח

Pros:

ארוחת בוקר סבירה במסעד שרק נפתחה. קיבלנו שדרוג לחדר מעולה עם בריכה במרפסת.

Cons:

מיקום המקרר בחדר מאד בעייתי, צריך לחשוב על מיקום יותר נוח. דלת הכניסה קשה מאד לפתיחה.
