Pros:

Really nice staff, facilities, restaurant and gym. Best gym I’ve ever seen attached to a hotel. Walking distance into old town and some really cool local Thai spots

Cons:

Turned up with my husband and teenage daughter and it looked nothing like the photos it resembles a prison. Checked in and took the lift to the third floor then had to carry suitcase up a rickety metal ramp and then up a flight of stairs, got to the room which again nothing like the photos and it was dirty air conditioner not working, I walked into the room went straight onto booking.com made a complaint and booked a different hotel 10 minutes away. Booking.com assured me they would fight my corner in getting a refund but offered me the equivalent to 11 pounds in Thai baht.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung vor allem mit direktem Zugang zum Gym ist toll

Cons:

Dass wir Kaution für irgendetwas im Zimmer zahlen mussten, finde ich seltsam. Erlebt man so nicht oft. Das Bett und die Pölster sind wie oft in Thailand nicht unfassbar bequem und zu hoch aber damit kann man sich abfinden.

No está mal, pero podría estar mejor
Pros:

La habitación que alquilamos era enorme, el baño estaba muy bien también..

Cons:

Se nota que el hotel tiene sus años y a mí parecer le falta mantenimiento, de hecho en el caso edificio de enfrente, donde tienes los amenities, estaba en remodelación o así parecía.
El desayuno estuvo regular. Durante la noche, a eso de las 4am, se cortó la luz y nos quedamos sin aire acondicionado, y desde ese momento hasta que nos levantamos a las 7am estuvo que iba y venía la luz, haciendo muchos ruidos

Great accommodation for the price. The location is walkable to Old Town and different places to eat.
Pros:

The staff at this location are the absolute best and super helpful. Communication with the staff was fantastic. My flight was delayed and they were able to accommodate the late check-in. The staff at the restaurant and spa was great and the service was fantastic. Every time I spoke to someone at the front desk they were always so helpful.

Estancia comoda y agradable.
Pros:

Muy amables. Estaba todo correcto, estaba limpio. La piscina en condiciones, gimnasio 👍🏽
Pagamos el desayuno 1 día no mucha variedad pero estuvo bien.

Cons:

Estaba bastante alejado de todo, debí comprobar mejor la ubicación. Si que había farmacia, supermercado y gasolinera cerca.
