Overcrowding and in general is ok
Pros:

The location and price are great, and the services are okay.

Cons:

The old facility had a faulty toilet and showers. The safety box was out of power and the door handle was broken, making it difficult to open. Breakfast at the restaurant was a disaster. There weren’t enough staff to serve the guests properly and the tables were filthy. My children refused to return for breakfast after their first experience.

Uncomfortable especially with air conditioning throughout the hotel
Pros:

Location was good, room was good size.

Cons:

Hotel was extremely warm, it did not have air conditioning on just fans, the breakfast room was not in a organised way , tables not cleared, food not replaced quickly enough, staff worked hard but no enough, also no air conditioning in there it was so hot and not comfortable, never a five star hotel

хотел бы выразить огромную благодарность сотруднику отеля но я не помню как его зовут! Всегда помнит меня, всегда помогает мне.

Cons:

У меня в номере были капли воды под унитазом и был плохой напор воды в душе. это доставило некоторые неудобства, но не омрачило пребывание там)

Unsatisfied - will not stay again
Pros:

The location, the size of room is big

Cons:

The pool was dirty, I myself didn’t try but our kids tried and recognized some “unusual objects” in the pool 🤢

The reception lobby was too hot, no AC, the staffs were ok, one of them was nice but the other was not really.
