Die lage
Eine rezeptionisten war sher unfreundlich und vorallem unfähig ansonsten waren die leute sehr nett. Aber man merkt das die überfordert sind wollten ein zweites zimmer buchen worüber sich jedes hotel freut und die haben voll den aufstand gemacht und gemeint das das nicht geht nachdem ixh es dann online gebucht haben waren die beleidigt und es musste der manager kommen weil die mich nicht auf das zimmer lassen wollten angeblich wäre es erst ab 17 uhr frei wobei das halbe hotel leer war

Thời gian làm thủ tục và chờ nhận phòng còn kéo dài, cần linh hoạt hơn nhất là đối với khách hàng có trẻ nhỏ đi cùng. Phương thức đặt phòng chưa thuận lợi cho khách hàng ít am hiểu nhiều về CNTT.

cơ sở hạ tầng khách sạn chắc cũng lâu nên đều cũ và hỏng,thảm dưới chân phần cửa ra vào có lòi đinh hoặc vật cứng đi lại hay bị dẫm lên rất đau đã báo nhân viên dọn phòng báo kỹ thuật nhưng đến lúc về vẫn chưa đc khắc phục, riêng phòng mình thẻ phòng bị out liên tục mặc dù lưu trú vẫn còn thời gian,đồ ăn sáng cũng chưa phong phú ăn được chứ không ngon
