Mooi design in oude context

Cons:

Kil hotel, geen warm gevoel, niet in context als in personeel, geen enkele comfort in kamer, vreselijke kussens en hard matras, kamer niet donker te krijgen omdat gordijnen doorschijnend zijn, zeer gehorige kamers.

Pros:

建築デザインがすばらしい。古い建物の美しさを生かしつつ、快適さは現代人の要求を十分に満たしていました。
また、聖ゲオレン教会の一部であるかのような静謐な近隣環境も素晴らしい。
スタッフの親切さについても非常に満足だ

あえていえば、公共交通機関の駅から少し遠いところ。

mooie locatie, ruime kamer, mooi gebouw

Cons:

ontbijt was prijs-kwaliteit vrij karig. Geen koffie-en theefaciliteit op kamer en 4 euro betalen voor een flesje water op de kamer. Voor de prijs die je betaalt mocht er wat meer inbegrepen zijn.

Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The staff were not helpful or friendly, there was no staff in the hotel throughout the night so guests would be on their own in an emergency such as a fire. The daily rate for the room of $400 Euros was too high considering there was not even a coffee or tea maker in the room. I would never stay there again

Während meines Aufenthalts kam es leider zu einem inakzeptablen Serviceversäumnis. Trotz persönlicher Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde unser Zimmer nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit der Situation am Folgetag: Eine Entschuldigung blieb vollständig aus. Stattdessen wurde lediglich erklärt, das Personal sei überarbeitet gewesen und habe sich daher ausschließlich um die Zimmer für neu anreisende Gäste kümmern können. Zudem wurde fälschlicherweise behauptet, wir hätten ein „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild angebracht – tatsächlich hing ein „Bitte reinigen“-Schild an der Tür.

Ein solcher Umgang mit Gästen sowie das Ausbleiben grundlegender Leistungen entsprechen in keiner Weise dem Standard, den man von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.

Très bel hôtel, merveilleusement meublé et décoré

La présence d'une oeuvre d'art dans la chambre, le confort des lits, l'ameublement sobre et l'espace. La présence d'oeuvres d'art. L'architecture exceptionnelle de ce bâtiment historique, et la gentillesse et l'amabilité du staff.
C'est un séjour très agréable, la place où est l'hôtel est très calme, et on s'y sent bien.

Cons:

Absence de plateau de courtoisie avec café et thé dans la chambre. Une seule mini-bouteille de shampoing.
Le petit déjeuner : il n'y a pas assez de choix pour ce tarif.

Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, mit Design Möbel, geschmackvoll und gestylt!
Sehr ruhige und gute Lage, zu Fuss gut machbar zum Bahnhof (ca.15')

Cons:

Ich würde es gut finden wenn es in der Bar Kleinigkeiten zum essen oder zumindest ein paar Snack's hätte.

Totalnie niekompetentny personel, nic nie wiedzacy o obiekcie. Nie zarezerwowali miejsca w knajpce obok, choc to ten sam wlasciciel, nie można obejrzeć apartamentu, bo nie, brak wody w pokojach, bo to niezgodne z policy. Dlugo by wymieniac. Szkoda, bo miejsce zjawiskowe i kompetentny personel podnioslby jego poziom, a tak… niesmak pozostal…
