Hotel gut, Personal bzw. Organisation mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Einfaches aber gutes Hotel. Das Hotel ist schon älter, aber alles in allem gut in Schuss. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung hat durchaus einen gewissen Charme, als Boutique-Hotel würde ich es aber nicht unbedingt bezeichnen. Das ist aber wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad war nicht das allergrösste, aber OK. An der Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr gutes inbegriffenes Frühstück in der "Antin Konditoria" gleich nebenan mit sehr leckerem und frischen Brot.

Cons:

Um ca. 09:00 Uhr verschaffte sich jemand einfach Zutritt zu meinem Zimmer, es war offenbar die Reinigungskraft. Auf die Nachfrage was das soll, zeigte sie mir den Schlüssel meines Zimmer und entgegnete, sie hätte ihn in der Rückgabebox gefunden. Natürlich hatte ich meinen Schlüssel aber noch. Sie entschuldigte sich und ging wieder. Dennoch ist so etwas nicht akzeptabel. Es darf erwartet werden, dass das Personal den Umlauf der Schlüssel sowie die Belegung der Zimmer im Griff hat. Anklopfen wäre auch eine Variante. Das Zimmer sollte besser abgedunkelt werden können.

Yövyin rauhallisessa majapaikassa kun olin viikonlopun Forssassa.
Pros:

Rauhallinen majatalo. Mukavasti järjestetty aamiainen viereisessä konditoriassa. Hyvä. että huoneessa oli avattava tuuletusikkuna. Sijainti mainio, pääsin kävellen kaikkialle Forssan keskustasssa. Isännän tavoitti helposti puhelinsoitolla jos oli jotain kysyttävää. Huoneissa tuodaan hauskasti esille paikallishistoriaa.

Cons:

Tunnelma oli hieman kummitustalomainen kun en tavannut ketään ensimmäisen vuorokauden aikana. Konditoriassa oli kyllä aamiaisaikaan vilskettä.

Misleading listing, unacceptable hygiene and safety standards, and not the boutique hotel experience

Unfortunately, nothing matched the standard advertised

Cons:

The property did not match its description as a boutique hotel. There was no reception and the property appeared closed, with access arranged informally. No security.

The “exceptional breakfast” advertised was misleading ,on Sundays it consisted of a basic food box left in a fridge the day before, and on other days breakfast was served in a separate building.

Most concerning were the hygiene and safety issues. There was a used plaster with visible blood stuck to the bathroom wall, along with exposed wiring around a light fitting over a microwave.

When this was raised with the owner, we were told it was “fine” and no apology or meaningful response was offered.

Due to these conditions, we had no choice but to leave immediately and book alternative accommodation.

Väike kodune hotell retro - armastajatele
Pros:

Hommikusöök oli pandud pakina külmkappi, mida me ei eeldanud, kuid ajas asja ära. Muidugi boutique-hotellilt eeldasime stiilsemat lähenemist - soe hommikusöögivalik jms. Hea üllatus oli, et kui kööki tulime hommikul, oli kohvimasinas valmis tehtud kohv. Väga armas!
Meeldis, et tegu oli temaatilise toaga ja sees olid ka plakatid jms. vastavalt ajastule ning mööbel ja üldse sisustus tuletas meelde lapsepõlve.
Välisukse kood saadeti kenasti eelnevalt kohale ja tuppa jõudmise juhendid. Kõik sujus.

Cons:

Jäi mulje,et koristaja on puhkusel vms, kuna vaip toas polnud kuigi puhas ning vannitoas pistikupesal ja lambil oli näha paks tolmukiht. Igale poole ei hakanud vaatama ega otsima veel tolmu, sest see oleks rikkunud tuju.
