Good Hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and our room was nice and comfortable. Highlight of this hotel would be that when you exit the lobby, you enter a restaurant district that is connected to to 2 shopping malls (and an Ikea). In this area, you are spoiled for choice when it comes to food, and the malls contain the usual KL mall shops like Miniso, Timekeeper, Brands Outlet, etc. Near the hotel, about a 5 minute walk, sits a train station that connects you to key KL destinations. One Utama, one of the world's largest shopping mall, is only one stop away. The train also goes to Pasar Seni where you can find Central Market and Petaling Street Market, and also goes all the way to the Bukit Bintang area where you will come up to the main area where Pavillion / Lot 10 / Bintang Walk sits. Definitely recommend this hotel for ease of food and travel!

Cons:

The hotel is a bit on the older side, having previously stayed at this hotel when I was a kid, so you expect to find some things here and there. One of the walls in our room had drawings on it made by who I assume is a kid, the rim of the bathroom sink had a bit of mold, some surfaces of the bathroom look like it had dark stains on it, and the shower door did not fully close at the bottom, leaving the bathroom floor wet.
