Overall the service provided by staff was good but facilities not so great

Friendly staff very attentive when asking for assistance

Cons:

We were put in a different room for the first night that we didn’t book, no window and 2 single beds different bathroom with the drain overflowing.

Then moved to the room we paid for the next night, tv didn’t work, water pressure was very low, pillows were well past their use by date

We gad a great stay. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. We will stay there again if we have chance. This is truly a great hotel.

Fantastisk beliggenhed i forhold til byen

Beliggenhed var perfekt og personalet søde.

Cons:

Billederne var lidt misvisende, Receptionen var også en massage klinik og man skulle møve sig forbi massagestole med kufferterne for at komme til elevatoren. Kunne ikke se nogen brandalarm på værelset og der var gitter for vinduet.

Pros:

Excellent location, near the lake. Clean rooms, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Reasonable price, hotel has an elevator. Very satisfied, will return and recommend to friends ♥️

Location was fantastic - cannot fault.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Hair was everywhere in the bathroom, and the wifi did not work / was not turned on for our floor (so had to rely on data). The door would not lock without being broken, so needed to get staff to come fix it (the staff were fantastic when issues came up like this)
