Not the properties fault at all but really struggled to find somewhere to eat in the evening strange for 7pm on a Saturday (hardly anywhere open)

Pros:

Oh absolutely everything!! Your main man here is a jumbo jet pilot and he's a very classy character - brilliant sense of humour, generous, and proper dapper. He upgraded us to the Aviator apartment as I'd been confused about the layout of my original choice. Despite our ridiculously late at night arrival, he was unflappable.

This 'apartment room' was huge!! More of a two storey house really. Big chill out area with enormous white leather sofas and a big telly in the middle. To one side of the living area is a dining space and kitchen with a coffee maker, tall fridge, cooking hob, etc, and beyond that a beautiful bathroom with roll-top bath, walk-in shower, and separate toilet. To the other side are two twin bedrooms. In the corner is a spiral staircase that leads to two equally huge and beautifully furnished double bedrooms. Nice medium to soft mattresses throughout which suited my aching body perfectly.

So much living space was wonderful but my gosh it was topped by that continental breakfast. Wow, just wow!! And tbh, I'm a big fan of a veggie alternative Scottish fry-up so giving this a wow means it's very very good indeed! Fresh pastries, excellent quality ground coffee, artisan bread, butter served in wee crystal cloche pots, yoghurt (which I suspect was freshly home made?), fruit purees and jams, fresh fruit, meats for the carnivores, a waffle maker (Loved it!! 😂) Honestly, this list could be a mile long! It was way beyond superb. Add to that you're dining in an old fire engine station which now looks a lot like an aircraft hanger, and you'll get the picture!

In conclusion, I'd be back here in a heartbeat. Value for money is outstanding and it's quirky, fun, seriously relaxing, and marvellously bonkers. I may never visit Denmark again but if I do I'll be staying here at this place.

*Oh! Check out the gorgeous wooden sinks in the double bathroom! Love them!!

Cons:

Was the apartment a former office? Yes, I think so but it had no impact on us, and certainly not a negative comment or something that affected us in any way whatsoever. Merely mentioning it so folks know what to expect.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice location and accommodation!

Cons:

To charge 35 Dkk per carafe of still tap water was a bit over the top. We had dinner and drank a bottle of wine in the restaurant
. Water should always be included with wine in my opinion.

Pros:

La location prés de Ribe et de Billing.
La décoration originale de la chambre( aviateur )
Bon restaurant attenant à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Route assez passante devant notre chambre ( bruit dés 5 heure du matin) et pas d'occultant aux fenêtres.
Kitchenette très basique pas vraiment fait pour cuisiner .
Frigidaire sans freezer mais possibilité de donner le pack à la salle de petit déjeuner.

Tutto. È una struttura davvero originale. Ogni camera una storia . Pulizia ottima, colazione incredibilmente ottima con molta scelta. Abbiamo mangiato 2 volte nel ristorante e ha superato di molto le mie aspettative. Davvero una bella esperienza diversa dal solito. Al posto di andare in hotel di catene di alberghi dove tutto è standardizzato loro si sono inventati una cosa davvero originale. A me, mia moglie e mio figlio di 11 anni ci è piaciuto tantissimo . Usata come base per andare a billind a vedere legohouse e legoland. Ricordiamo 3 gg bellissimi.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross, es hat Alles was es braucht. Speziell das unter dem Dach gelegene Bett für unsere Tochter war das Highlight. Das Frühstück ist super, frischer O-Saft, Eierspeisen a la minute uvm. Wir durften die Besitzerin kennenlernen und diese war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. So sollte eine solche Einrichtung geführt werden.
