サービスがとてもよかったです。
送迎バスが便利。見晴らしがよく、窓から飛行機の離発着が見えるし、朝ごはんのビュッフェが盛りだくさんで美味しかった。
館内にコンビニがあって便利だが、混む時間帯がある。外に喫煙所があり、ふきっさらしで寒かった。

No coffee shop
We had a one-night layover and this hotel made everything incredibly easy. The free airport shuttle was convenient and stress-free for getting to and from the airport. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. It was also easy and affordable to Uber into more populated areas for dinner and shopping. The on-site convenience store was a great bonus and came in really handy.

An acceptable solution for a morning flight. However as European we would expect a bit more service when not too late arrival. No restaurant and empty convenient store. In middle of no where it is not pleasant to not have proper food service.
It was very convenient after a +20 hour flight and a late arrival. The bed was clean, the shuttle bus was free and the top floor cafe was very tasteful. It would have been a nightmare if we directly headed for Tokyo. Also thanks to the team who were kind and welcoming.
Not much, it is a hotel targeting airport traveler so it has one thing to deliver (getting you to a comfortable sleep asap, and it does that.)
