Great location and spacious for our family of 5.
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience! We traveled with our three kids, and it was a great set up for a comfortable stay. The deck/porch was a perfect way to end the day. The location was not too loud and it was a close to delicious restaurants. The pool was perfect place to cool off after walking around in the New Orleans heat! Will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

L'emplacement entre les quartiers français et Marigny, le bâtiment construit autour de la cour intérieure avec piscine, le très grand logement, la literie confortable

Le logement est sombre
L'accueil a des horaires restreints ce qui n'est pas gênant pour l'arrivée car ils envoient les codes d'ouverture le jour même. En revanche, nous avons dû récupéré nos bagages avant la fermeture du bureau à 17h

Séjour sympa au cœur de la nouvelle Orléans, nous reviendrons !
Pros:

Hôtel dans son jus et on adore ..! Très bon emplacement à qq mn à pieds du centre, quartier secure .. nous avons garé la voiture gratuitement à qq centaines de mètres de l hôtel.. piscine sympa après une bonne journée de visite !

Cons:

Chambre pas très facile d accès avec un escalier étroit en colimaçon..

Pros:

The location is perfect! The beds are comfortable and the linens/towels provided were more than enough for our 5 night stay.

Cons:

The pool was under repair for our entire visit. We stayed on the 2nd floor and could clearly hear conversations and the tv from the rooms directly under ours.

Cons:

Not enough parking for guests. Some of the fans were not working- couldn’t find a switch to turn off can lights in the kitchen area

Incredible stay – personal touch at its best!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Honestly, the highlight of our trip wasn’t just the location, but the people. We had a bit of a nightmare situation with our reservation through booking.com, but the manager, Amanda, and the rest of the team were absolute lifesavers. They handled it with such grace and a genuine "personal touch" that you just don’t get at big chain hotels. They are some of the warmest, most helpful people we’ve encountered on our travels.
The building itself is stunning—full of character and that authentic, old-world charm. If you're looking for a soul-less modern box, this isn't it. Yes, the floorboards might creak a little, but in a well-maintained, historic building like this, it just adds to the atmosphere.
Location-wise, it’s perfect. You’re literally 2 minutes away from the energy of Frenchman Street and a short stroll to the French Quarter, yet the hotel stays surprisingly quiet. It’s like a peaceful little oasis right in the middle of everything.
We felt so looked after here. Huge thanks to Amanda and the staff for making us feel so welcome. We'll definitely be back!
