Horrible
Pros:

breakfast was good

Cons:

We had no lights, the phone in the room didn't work and the ac had to be turned down to 65 for it to come on and stay. They finally gave us another room after three trips down to complain. The ice machines in the building didn't work.

There was mold and mildew buildup on the inside of the air conditioner making the room smell dirty and musty. The window was coming loose from the building .

Cons:

The hotel hallway and elevators had a pungent smell of Marijuana. There were ants in the room. The shower curtain is too short therefore water spilled over on the floor. There was no hot water for 3 days out of our stay.

Too much money for this not to work properly
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

No ice machine in the entire hotel. The pool was so dirty none of my family got into the pool. Ants were all over the AC unit in the room. Also seen dead roaches in the staircase. Light fixtures were hanging down with wires going everywhere

Wrong room, need maintenance & cleaning upkeep.
Pros:

Good area by Bass Pro Shop & Ray Hubbard Lake , one nice man at the desk that work the evening shift. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Pool was dirty, we wanted a standard King they gave us a handicap King that needed to be cleaned by the 3rd day they changed us to another King room but the air conditioner was not working properly, it was leaking & had the carpet all wet around it. We let them know. They came with the wet vacuum. We cleaned the filter before they came. We had a fan we bought from home.

Not a bad place to stay u will feel safe,it's clean & breakfast is good just make sure u get a good

Cons:

Price wasn't to bad instead of 170 it should of been at least 120 for 1 night because I have spent less & gotten better so yes I do feel they are a Lil over price & the bathroom in my room had a very bad leak when you shower the whole floor was wet but I told clerk at front desk so hopefully they got it fixed before they put someone else in room

Worst stay in a holiday inn ever!

The location was convenient.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay at this Holiday Inn. The cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. The carpet was covered with large stains, the whole property was dirty and poorly maintain. The pool was also nasty and did not appear to be clean. I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I expected much better from a Holiday Inn, unfortunately between the poor customer service and the lack of cleanliness I will not stay here again or recommend this location to anybody.

Was not worth the price
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful

Cons:

The room ac was not on when we arrived, took 3 hours to cool off. The carpet was dirty throughout the hotel and the fridge in my room leaked water. They offer a "lakeview' room which is barely visible from across the freeway.

Pros:

Staff breakfast was not bad at all

Cons:

Old run down some key pads didn't work one of the days they shut off the water toilet seat broken. Shower valve broken just totally run
down. Staff said it was bought by someone else and it was scheduled for a remodel in August

Was supposed to stay here 2 nights but ended up leaving to another better hotel. I could keep staying longer there I was

The property smelled like cigarettes and mold.

Cons:

I stayed one night and the rooms and hallways smelled like cigarettes and very humid. I woke up with a sore throat . I decided to leave early .
