The location was great and was nice having the pool so close.

Nice little hotel, nice staff clean

Just returned from a family trip staying at The Bungalows. The location worked really well for us a 5 min walk over the bridge to Johns Pass and across the main rd to the beach.
The room had 2 bedrooms and plenty of space, the little patio area was very cute.
We had unit 7 which was next to the busy main rd but we weren’t disturbed by road noise.
The pool area is really nice and the pool was so warm.
Some parts of the room are a little tired but it was clean and very comfortable.
We explored the area and it made a good base.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The walk to Johns Pass is over a drawbridge so hilly up and down if that’s an issue for you.
The beach over the rd is lovely and wide but no beach vendors so you’ll need your own chairs and shade.

We enjoyed our stay here. All the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to John’s Pass for great shopping and dining. The beach is a very short walk across the road. Would stay there again.

Wonderful relaxing stay.

I was staying while taking care of an elderly relative and Tropical Storm Debby came calling! The manager Judy checked on me frequently and even offered to go to the store if I needed anything. The electricity flickered a few times but stayed on.

We enjoyed the bungalows immensely. On site dedicated parking and walking distance to a gorgeous beach! We were concerned the road noise would be bad due to the proximity to the main road, but it was very quiet. When traveling with the whole family having living and sleeping areas is a must! We will definitely story be returning!

Pros: quick 4 minute walk to beach. Adorable little spot. Good pool with loungers. Comfy bedding/blankets. Quiet area.
Cons: no beach gear. Limited towels. Busy 4 lane street to cross for beach. Pool was small. Saw two cockroaches in our room. Bathroom tiny; nowhere to get ready. Bed was super uncomfortable; like sleeping on springs. Pull out couch awful! Floor made all of our feet/socks black. Very small place for what I paid (almost $1500 for 5 nights)

Would not return.

We did a mother daughter trip. Had a great time! Beach is beautiful and the facility is great.

My friends and I just stayed for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. We have not stopped talking about how great this place was. We are planning to come back with our families. I stayed in unit 6 and it was very clean and spacious. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed self check in and property was clean and well organized

I loved my time at the bungalows!!! But be aware that toiletries are very limited, there is no room service and when you call to request clean towels needs to wait for the next day. Bed was super low and uncomfortable, excellent air conditioning. Property is very close to the beach and about 10-15 min walking to John’s pass.

The overall stay was good. We ran into issues with the AC. It was broken. It did get fixed after 3 nights. However, the unit couldn’t keep up. It got up to 77 w/ new unit. A night was comped so that was nice. The company did try. The ac filter was filthy and that may have been another factor in why the ac wasn’t cooling well. Not sure. Also, pet friendly but no grass for the dogs to use. That was problematic. The fees were confusing. One email said $125 per stay. It sounded like 1 fee for 2 dogs. Then another email said 100 per dog. Any unregistered would be $250. We were charged the cost of an unregistered pet.

Our room was very clean. Had assigned parking space. The beach was short walk across the road. The bed was a platform bed about 12 inches high and felt hard to me. We had a great weekend.

Great service excellent stays

Very clean and recently renovated. Great location, very close to johns pass boardwalk and 5 minute walk to beach.

Stayed for a week and absolutely enjoyed our time here. Family friendly environment, safe and quiet plus just a walk across the street from the beach! The grounds were very well maintained, our room was very clean and had a great beach feel. The pool was very clean and warm at night, staff were great and very friendly. 10/10 Highly recommend staying at The Bungalows for people who want more of a “home” feeling instead of a hotel. Very close to many restaurants and shops and just a quick 12 minute walk to the boardwalk!

Whole family came for a visit and everything was beautifully set up easy to get key and great accommodations. Right off the beach a short walk and we were and a gorgeous clean beach not real busy so was really nice. Love, will go back again for 2 rooms and stay a week next time.
