Location, we could leave our baggage in the Hotel after check out

Cons:

The bed was not really comfortable but atleast big.
There is food (noodles and chips) in your room that looks like they are for free (welcome gift) but than they charge you for everything.

Pros:

Great location, great price, would stay again. The room was clean and comfortable. Two bottles of water provided daily, which matters more than you'd think in Phnom Penh heat. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly without being pushy. For the price point this hotel is hard to beat. I walked to the Royal Palace, Wat Saravan, Wat Ounalom, Sisowath Quay, and the National Museum all from the front door. Everything central is within reach on foot. If you want a clean, affordable base in the heart of Phnom Penh with staff who actually care, this is it. I'd book it again without hesitating.

Cons:

For international guests, a better understanding of English would be beneficial.

Really enjoyed my time here. The staff helped me immediately when I encountered an issues.

Cons:

My only minor complaint is that the bed was a bit squeaky, but it wasn't a big deal. Would still recommend!

Very happy and will stay again.
Pros:

Location is excellent 50 meters from restaurants and bars. A short walk to Riverside. Right behind the Palace.

Cons:

The air con was alittle noisy.
