Great expereriance professional welcome wonderful room I highly recommend this hotel in a great location

Such a shame to have to mark this 5 Star Hotel down. The location, staff, service and luxury was all exemplary, cruising in 5 star overdrive until the check-out finish line, only to be ruined by some deception from management. Managed to avoid the rogue street traders for a week, but to hold, and lose, trust in such a magnificent structure leaves a sour taste. Decided to book direct, 6 nights in a Grand Deluxe King. The website clearly displays a generous daily credit as a bonus. In doing this I sacrificed other web BKG .com rewards. Upon check out, they denied any knowledge of what they claimed was an outdated offer. But it is clearly still smack in the center of their current webpage. I asked personally the reception to be emailed an explanation, also emailed them direct, but nothing forthcoming. A simple apology would have been suffice. So don't believe anything they advertise, no benefit in booking direct, so use your web provider. Feel sorry for all the ground staff that went out of their way to be polite and helpful to us, they deserve more than this from above.

We loved our stay at Hotel Royal. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the old town and markets. It is a beautiful hotel that feels very lux. The rooms are large and well appointed. We spent a lot of time at the skybar and in the rooftop pool. Staff were very attentive. Highly recommend.

My sister and I came to Hoi an and stayed at the Royal.

From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms and lobby and all the areas were extremely clean. The spa was amazing. Massages were great. It was my birthday and my sister organiseda cake and the team was so kind to bring it out during our breakfast buffet sing happy birthday as well as keep it for us in the fridge while we explored .

I cannot give praise enough and would highly recommend for anybody to stay here either a couple or family or solo

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The room was perfect, very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The facilities were excellent, and the two swimming pools were amazing, with everything you could need to relax and enjoy your time.

The food was delicious, both at breakfast and lunch, with a great variety and excellent quality. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help.

We would especially like to thank Vift, the bellman, for being so welcoming, energetic, and kind throughout our stay.

Thank you very much to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

Perfect location in a beautiful town; although it is a bit far from Da Nang, it certainly feels safer, with very nice staff, pools, a beach not too far, and food and beverages. Would come back here again if I am travelling to Da Nang.

Lovely hotel, calming nice rooms, great top deck with a view, bar and pool. Breakfast was really good.

Although I have visited Hoi An six or eight times, this was our first time in this hotel. We loved the location, easy walking to Old Town at night. Not to be missed.
Everything was clean and beautiful, especially our rooms.
The breakfast buffet was loaded with tasty food.
The spa was too expensive so we went to several of the spas across the street. We especially liked Lan at Spa Green, Binh at Pineapple Spa, Na and Mu at Tigon's House. Prices were much cheaper at those spas, but quality was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Viet, the bell boy, was extremely helpful, always greeted us with a smile and made our stay memorable. He made it a truly 5 star experience and Viet’s attention to our needs was amazing.

This is a beautiful hotel that is close to Hoi An ancient town. The hotel amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the main pool to cool down and took in the views, with cocktails, on the rooftop bar. Breakfast was delicious with many options. We did enjoy some snacks from the poolside bar. Service throughout was excellent. Definitely a great base for a trip to Hoi An.

Very comfortable stay at a luxurious hotel, nice buffet breakfast included with various options including fruit and juices etc. There are 2 swimming pools, a larger one on the 1st floor and a smaller one on the roof with a rooftopbar. The hotel has a very central location, just walking distance from the old town and busy restaurants and nightclubs.

What a great hotel. Wow! This hotel know how to meak the guest really feels like a Royal person. From the portier (Viet Bell Bg) to the reception gold chairs. The welcome was fantastic, the room was huge, and with a tub. The food was excelent, please try the Sushi restaurant. It was the best sushi I had so far.
Happy hour with great drinks and fantasic beers from 7 Bridges.
And two outdoor pools. One with sunbeds into the pool.

Friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. The hotel offered a relaxing and well kept environment. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had 2 rooms at the hotel and had a wonderfulnstay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The pools were perfect for the heat of the day and the hotel was perfectly placed just out of Old Town so you could easily walk in which we did each evening. The breakfast was superb with a great spread of different dishes as well as freshly made Pho, pancakes and eggs any way you liked. The evening food was well made and we have had no issues throughout our stay. I can heartily recommend staying here.
