The hotel is in the great location with the river next to it, in the center of Hoi An Ancient Town. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a great time enjoying good food, outdoor poolside both on the rooftop and at the ground floor. Strong recommendation for couples, travelers, business, solo, honeymooners, celebrations or to know deeper about the heritage, culture.

We had a great time staying at the Hotel Royal for three nights on our honeymoon!! The staff was so friendly, the view from the room was amazing, and the location to Old Town couldn’t be better. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location, good facilities, good service and excellent breakfast. River views. Walking distance to old town shops, markets, and the BEST massage across the road at Habana!

We stayed at Royal for 19 nights. We were after a very relaxing break and it was exactly what we needed.
The staff are so attentive and respectful.
Trinh in the Deck bar and pool upstairs was amazing. Trinh was helpful kind and very attentive.
The 2 pools were so clean I spent everyday by the pool upstairs drinking Pina Colada.
The hotel is in the best area as it’s not to far from the old town and not to close that you hear all the noises.
Housekeeping replenished the fridge with water coke and soda water free of charge daily which meant we didn’t need to go out and buy drinks..
one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we have travelled all over the world from Thailand to Italy to Greece. Hotel Royal hands down best overall.

Location is convenient. It’s just a short walk to the center of old town. Atmosphere was very elegant yet relaxing. Great Value for money overall for those looking for 5 star stay in Hoi an.

Our room had beautiful riverside views from the balcony. It was well appointed, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Love the bathtub!

Service was superb all throughout our stay. Ms. Vy the Desk Manager was very helpful and accommodating. All staff members were welcoming and pleasant.

Great breakfast buffet selection with a noodle bar where you can try local dishes like cao lau and a vietnames coffee bar. The roof top bar had the best view in town. Perfect for sunset happy hour. There were 2 pools in the property one on the ground floor by the river and another by the rooftop bar. It was so refreshing to take a dip in the midst of the heat. They offered a shuttle service to and from their partner beachfront property where you can enjoy the amenities as well.

Overall, Highly recommended and i would love to go back.

Beautiful room. Gorgeous bathroom. I loved the tub. We had a river view balcony. It was nice to watch the lanterns come on during the evening. The bed was so comfy. Easy walk to everywhere. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were so very nice. Roof top pool with a sunset view was perfect.

Walking distance to old town. Room was fabulous as was the air-conditioning.
Two pools and the bottom one was quite big and offered good shade in the afternoon.
Amazing views from the rooftop bar.
Al the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help.
Massages in the spa were divine.
Food in the Faifo Cafe was amazing.

We had an amazing stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Everything about this hotel was top-notch. The food was excellent, the location was fantastic, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great experience.

The amenities were outstanding and the entire property was beautiful and very well maintained. It’s one of those places where everything just works and you can completely relax and enjoy your vacation.

We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. A true five-star experience from start to finish.

Amazing experience, we stayed in a Deluxe King River View room. The room was great, the pools were fantastic and refreshing and the morning breakfast exceeded both of our expectations with a wonderful mix of local and international options. The service was great and all the staff were friendly! We'd happily stay here again on a return visit.

We were very pleased with the hotel’s service, and the staff were extremely attentive. Room service was efficient, as when I needed a plier because my luggage clasp came off, the technician arrived promptly and fixed it for me. Although our first night’s sleep was slightly affected by an air-conditioning trip, the room itself was spotless, with no dust on the floor or the desk.

We had dinner at the hotel’s Wakaku Japanese restaurant, where the sushi was fresh and the meal was simple yet enjoyable. On 30 May, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a birthday cake for my partner during breakfast. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. I would be happy to return the next time I visit Hoi An.

Lovely hotel in old Hoi An; great clean and comfortable room with plenty of space; breakfast was fantastic with great range of fresh food; pool is very large with plenty of sunbeds.

The staff are all very friendly with great customer service, and attentive to details. The hotel amenities were perfect with a lovely rooftop pool & bar, and a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast food selection was absolutely amazing and delicious at the restaurant. The spa and spa services were great and a very relaxing experience. A wonderful couples getaway! We will definitely return to Hotel Royal Hoi An.
