Reception and room was great, just cockroaches made it unpleasant.
Pros:

Reception people always helped me get a taxi and get around the city. Overall created a feeling of being a place the treats their guests well. Location is good and silent.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the room and no matter how much I squashed them they kept coming back.
Other people left their trash and eaten dinner in the hallway next to my room.

Pros:

Za slušnou cenu rozumný hotel s jídlem. Transfer na a z letiště je výhodou. Ochotný personál.

Cons:

Švábi. Omezená nabídka jídel pro plnou penzi/polopenzi. Opakovaně nebyly k dispozici některá jídla a nápoje z menu.

Great location, and good staff

Cons:

The facilities wasn't ok ,, TV is not working,,the toilet had very limited stuff like shampoo and shower gel.
The room smells cigarette and I hate that smell and I didn't get solution for that.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, great location. very nice breakfast too
Pros:

Room was vey spacious, clean and well airconditioned in a very queit location. Location was easily accesible to the shops and eateries. Also very near to the beach. Breakfast was also very nice and the hotel provided free airport transfer

Good location near the airport and comfortable , great value for money and staff can’t do enough for you.
Pros:

Shreke was amazing at the hotel, I left an item at the hotel . and Shreke retrieved the item for me, then made arrangements for it to be dropped at the airport as I was getting there.
Excellent service and thank you nothing was to much trouble much appreciated.

The food option at the hotel good,
Breakfast was great good selection.
And ideal with an option on eating in the cafe all day.
