This was our honeymoon
Pros:

Everything was amazing top tier. Great service and great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Nantucket trip
Pros:

Stayed here after a wedding. Location is right across the street from the airport. Shuttles to downtown and beach hourly. Room was sparse but ok . Needs a desk and chair. Staff was very friendly except the crabby patty that works the register at breakfast. Also, Lyft is about 1/2 to 2/3 of Uber.

Brilliant hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

Brilliant hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Great facilities - tennis courts, great indoor and outdoor pool, bar, restaurant, free shuttle to Nantucket town and local beach (brilliant!). Comfortable bedrooms, well serviced, had a great night sleep. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant - the chef is second to none!

Cons:

Our bedroom had a funny smell on the night we checked in (a cat littler kind of smell). Location not to so good - but the free shuttle made it easy to get around.

First time to Nantucket
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, but I felt like the rooms and amenities could have been nicer for the price being paid. The amenities felt bare minimum and could have been cleaner. We really enjoyed using the complimentary bikes during our stay though.

One night in Nantucket
Pros:

The Inn is decent. It’s far from town but they run a very consistent shuttle. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Other reviews say there is free breakfast. That is outdated and not current. Breakfast is available for a fee in the morning. There isn’t any dining around so you will need to take the shuttle to get meals. Staff and shuttle drivers are very friendly.

Nantucket Inn good value especially if you are flying in or out.
Pros:

The staff was great…that was the highlight. Location was convenient. Room was very austere…no table or chairs for working. Snack bar food was ok but need more help at breakfast with lines of guests waiting but food selection was good. Outdoor pool is too far away and the hot tub needs to be open at night and not close at 6pm. Price was ok for what we got.

Pros:

We liked the complimentary shuttle in to town. We also liked the breakfast options.

Cons:

The room was like a poor quality, older inn. It did not have fitted sheets on the bed and the mattress would expose if you tossed and turned, which felt entirely unsanitary. The walls were stark, no room for a desk or seating, not a place to relax. The room had an odor of a recently flipped property. The biggest reason we did not like this property, on top of the above, was bed size. Rooms should contain queen beds or king.

An absolute must stay.
Pros:

I absolutely loved our stay. These guys took ownership for our entire vacation. This is the top line hotel. Lisa the FOM is great and I met the owner the other day. What an inspiration. Way to go for what your hotel has created.

Clean rooms, not greatest location - could use some TLC on the outside of the property.
Pros:

Bar, restaurant and lobby were all very clean and beautiful. Room was very clean.

Cons:

Rooms need a little maintenance as does the outside/siding of the buildings and the parking lot could use new paving.
We were very disappointed that the outdoor pool was not open as it was beautiful weather and this is one of the things we were looking forward to using.

You get what you pay for $
Pros:

Price was better than anywhere else on the island. The rooms were large compared to the others on island.

Cons:

The property had some less than desirable things present like ashtrays and bags of trash that sat outside of rooms for days. It is a budget friendly hotel but every service was an additional cost.

Spacious, clean and privacy throughout the property.
Staff was kind and helpful.
Complimentary bus to the downtown saved us $$$

Cons:

The AC unit was loud. It woke us up every time it turned on and off.
The breakfast at the mini restaurant in the lobby was very mediocre.
