Bird singing is too loud early in the morning.
Pros:

You can't beat a balcony room on the beach, beautiful views from the balcony.

Cons:

The birds singing at 5am had to be the worst, you won't get anymore sleep after that. The middle of the hotel is open and hundreds of birds nest at the hotel landscaping in the center of hotel. Around 5am all the birds started singing together and the noise is overwhelming...never experienced anything like it. I would rate the hotel a lot higher if it wasn't for the bird noise in the morning.

La alberca templada.

Cons:

No es justo que te obliguen a consumir en áreas comunes solo que que el hotel vende..de hecho profeco lo estipula, que no pueden obligarte. Y número 2. Tienen cucarachas y chinches en las camas.muy pero muy mal eso.

La alberca

Cons:

Que no te permiten ingresar bebidas, alimentos ni hieleras ya que cuentan con bar y restaurante pero los precios son demasiado caros para lo que ofrecen y eso no lo aclaran cuando realizas tu reserva, deberían de tener precios mas accesibles y así mejoraría muchísimo el servicio, realmente la comida era bastante cara.
