Service and food were good. Hospitable staff. However rooms could have been better. The hotel should have bellboys.
I booked by calling on the official radisson parkin number on Google, the representative booked a room without asking for adding breakfast, when married also, she booked twin bed, when checked price online on radisson website, room was costlier than mentioned. I have documentation proof also. Following which I started booking online via website.
