Sofía at reception was so pleasant and professional. The maintenance man also trimmed one of the trees back so we’d have more natural sunlight at the pool !
Room is clean but not very roomy for large suitcases , shower is huge and great water pressure. The pool area is well maintained and so quiet. Location is bang smack between the shops and beach

Im Badezimmer ist ein Eye Lash auf der Wand geklebt und die ganze Dusche hat geschimmelt!
Mir wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten dieses war jedoch genauso heruntergekommen und dreckig!

Only the view of the pool area. Though staff are very friendly & helpful people it’s something that needs a little bit of make over.
Very old & needs a complete renovations. The bathroom is old, rusty & smells very old and no ventilation except the door if you leave open there will be mosquitoes everywhere. Not really na ideal place to stay. Rooms are quite small for the price as well. And the location is a bit far from the main shops.
Pool, Hot water, water pressure, comfortable bed.
I had a room facing the pool. If you want quiet and privacy, this is not it. There was a crew of drunk Australian backpackers next to me, drinking and partying at the pool at 2 am. I called the front desk twice to complain, and they said they would deal with it, which they did not. The hotel needs to address this better and have proper security in place.
The Wi-Fi was very slow.
